Del Rey Quality Hotel

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooftop poll and bar were lovely as a place to chill out after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location too

I really enjoyed my stay, and for the price that it costed I would definitely repeat. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was super comfy. I was solo traveling and found this hotel the best option to enjoy the evening after visiting the Iguazu Falls. Nice TV as well and good wifi.The food service was super comfortable to order. I also really enjoyed going to the rooftop terrace, ordering some cocktail and enjoying the pool and jacuzzi, although at some points there were too many noisy kids... also the guy serving the drinks in the terrace was super kind and nice. Also breakfast was nice.Also I found it really nice that everyone serving in the hotel that I talked to also speak Spanish so it was really easy to ask for anything. The bus station is pretty close to the hotel and there are some bus stops near as well, I asked the receptionist for instructions and was able to get to the falls really easily by bus.

My TV was constantly disconnecting from my YouTube session which was really anoying. But thats just a minor inconvenience the rest of my stay was marvelous.Also the terrace closes at 9pm, but it would be nice to close access for kids earlier at some point in the evening/night so that adults and solo travelers can enjoy the pool and jacuzzi for one or a couple of hours.

To be honest, I was not expecting too much from this hotel as it was a very good price but it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly the receptionists and the young man who ran the pool bar. The pool area on the roof was relatively small but definitely worth a visit - we found it very relaxing after a long day.The rooms were spotlessly clean with good facilities and a good size too. The location was perfect - it was in the centre close to the friendship bridge (Ponte da Amizade) between Brazil and Paraguay. We did venture out of the hotel briefly to a local pharmacy and the area felt safe and was relatively clean.

I am very experienced traveler in Europe, the North America, Mexico, the Caribbean and the South America.My feelings at Del Rey's stay was exceptional. I would give 11 instead of the maximum value, 10.Also, I speak very well in 4 languages. The stuff in full speak in a perfect English.The people is super friendly and want to help you as they can.The breakfast was delicious and had variety of tropical fruit, meat, candy.The bed is super comfortable.The room is super clean. All is new. The corridors and lobby is excellent and clean.Thank you, Del Rey's staff for the excellent job.

The internet connection in my room(floor 3) was pretty bad, often disconnects and in general speed wasnt good enough, so don't rely on it if you have plan to work online here

The room included a fridge, which was a nice amenity. If you're only staying for a night, this place is ideal. The front desk staff were very friendly, giving us restaurant recommendations and providing an umbrella when it rained. The breakfast offered was decent, and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing! We also enjoyed the caipirinha at the pool bar. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping area, and we felt safe exploring the area on foot. Getting an Uber to various places was also easy.

The room we had was quite small, resembling a dorm room with an en-suite bathroom. We visited in December, and the air conditioning took a while to cool down.

Nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. The area safe to walk around. My son and I walked at night back to the hotel after dinner, it was safe and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

There is not anything I can think of. No complaints.

Very helpful staff at reception (seems to be manned 24/7, were very helpful when I was unable to get an Uber at 4.45am!). The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great (although the temperature switched every now and again). Good breakfast, and helpful travel agent desk in the lobby - helped me book a last minute trip to the Argentinian side of the falls. I don't usually book through travel agents, but this was 100% worth it. There is also a large supermarket/hypermarket about a 10 minute walk from the hotel (although not one I'd do late at night), so it was great to be able to pick up snacks and lunch for the next day. Yes, it's a bit further away from the falls than the other (very swanky) hotels that are just outside the park, but it's easy to get an uber/taxi to the park and/or airport and much more cost effective.

The shower temperature overall was fantastic, but every now and again (presumably when someone else took a shower) would drop (or increase) suddenly. Everything else more than made up for it though. A pity there was no free drinking water in the room, or somewhere to refill a waterbottle (outside of breakfast), but I just bought big bottles from the supermarket.

Great budget hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff (all we encountered at the front desk also spoke English). Room was basic but clean and had many comforts.

We had troubles with the flights but the staff was so helpful and comprehensive, the communication was easy and clear. The hotel has a good position and offers an excellent breakfast

The room was of medium-low quality featuring simple furniture, which makes it ok only for short stays

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the laundry service did a great timely job. The swimming pool, the pool and the gaming room is a nice spot to relax and take a breather after touring the warerfalls. The room was clean and spacious. overall a very good place to stay.

Came in after a long day and the heated pool was welcome! Nice rooftop. Staff was very nice all along, even after checkout. Room was cleaned and comfortable.

Not many restaurant options, but the shawarma place (not yet on google) few meters at your left when you exit the hotel is an affordable option. Missing bag in the trash bin for me, not a big deal however.

Before my arrival asked if I Can book a Taxi to the Hotel with then and I Never got an answerTwice in the Morning I got waken up once by knocking and once a Person just walked in and turned on the light between 8-9. I would really like to have a do not disturbed Sign :)There are not so many Restaurants around

Close to restaurants, clean room, very helpfull personal and very quick in case of demand, good breakfast also in early time at 6am
