Best Western Voiron Centre

The evening staff was the nicest.

Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Air conditioning not that powerful. Not to modern or clean in elevator. This location too far from the good restaurants.

Centrally located.

Parking was very hectic, the receptionist had trouble opening the gate for us and there was very little signage to indicate hotel parking. Additionally— crews began working (on the hotel) early in the morning, disrupting our rest. And we were charged for breakfast when simply seeking a coffee in the morning…

Comfortable and excellent value. Private parking was very convenient. We had a pleasant morning walk in the park across the street.

About 10 minute detour off of the autoroute.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I was travelling with my young daughter and the reception staff at both arrival and departure went above and beyond.Breakfast was incredibly good.

Its a little confusing to find and access the car park.

It's near to the center, we could check in after 22h. We could park free, behind the hotel on privat place.

Very, very small room, under standard sizes. Very simple furnished, 80s feeling.

Staff extremely friendly. They even offered a gift to the children. A very nice gesture. Breakfast with hot bread, pancakes, crepes. Excellent breakfast. Parking.

Carpets in the bedroom and inside the closets you could see it wasn’t very well vacuumed. Also inside the bathroom you could see the tubes of the toilet/bath. It’s something that it is supposed to be inside the wall. It looks like it was made after the construction of the building. I don’t think it looks good.

Stopped off for 1 night on the way south. There is no bar there but is a fridge which has drinks in.Rooms were clean and comfortable and plenty of parking at the back of the hotel. There is a restaurant on site which is owned by another company and is also where breakfast us served. We went out into the town for dinner and to be honest there was not much chose really and ended up finding a pizza place so I can't comment on the restaurant although it looked good and there was also a bar there but this was not open when we arrived. Found a couple of great pubs who were very friendly and gave us some shot glasses as momentum.All in all we would stay again and if you are down that way have a look

Nothing all was good including breakfast

Close to the centre of town. On site parking. Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. The rooms were super clean and catered well to our young family of four.

Air con wasn’t up to the 34 degree heat we had the day we arrived.

It was a room with air-conditioning. That was very welcome with the 30 degrees weather. The bed and especially the mattress were terrific for a big guy like me. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fried eggs, sausages, bread, various toppings, croissants, some french cheeses, pancakes, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, and a high quality coffee machine. For my access to the parking on the back I had to phone-in at the gate to the front desk, but they are there 24/7 and the friendly staff speaks English perfectly.

Parts of the room were a bit worn, some of the ceiling tiles weren’t fitted properly and looked a bit dirty. Extractor fan in bathroom was a bit weedy but the room overall was fairly good

Nice comfortable room and beds. Secure parking for our motorbikes. Good restaurant on site

Went to the other Best Western Hotel in Voiron by mistake first, and they claimed not to know of this one and couldn't/ wouldn't give us directions to the correct hotel.

We stayed one night. Perfect and easy late check-in. Bed was ok.

just an ordinary Hotel 3 Star - don't expect too much, but for the area it seems to be one of the best Hotels. Coffee machine in the room. quiet and that was the most important

Very nice hotel with a free secure and easy access car park. Location appeared good but we never checked it out full due to our late arrival and the weather. Went to the superb restaurant in the hotel instead!

Central location. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Not much space around the bed.

Desk clerk was superb when our rental car broke down she went the extra mile to see the situation was resolved positively. Hotel was close to the theater and across the street from a nice park.
