The location is good

The staff! Extremely impolite. I will share just one exemple, but all the service is bad. They did not let my child fill his water battle during the breakfast, which is against the Brazilian law (civil costumer defense code). After we complain about this fact, the other day there was no water at all for the guests. Certainly it is not a four star service hotel. There are many other better options in Foz do Iguacu.

Nothing I actually disliked, just thought the lunch/dinner menu was a little short and restrictive, would’ve liked to be able to pick a diferent side of dish but the food was good

The dinner Buffet and Pool / Pool area was nice.

The billing process is terrible. First, when checking in, we had to pay a price five times higher than originally booked (we had to pay ~ 1200 EUR instead of ~ 210 EUR). After having clarified that there was obviously a pricing error, the hotel manager promised to leave a written refund confirmation at the desk - which did not happen so that we had to leave without it in order to Catch our flight.Two days later we realized that the hotel did charge our second credit card with ~ 1200 EUR. Until now we are still waiting for a refund of ~ 2200 EUR).Apart from the billing process we liked the dinner and pool area.The room was nice but the bathroom was very old.

Clean and big facilities, good breakfast, very kind and helpful staff

No heating in the public spaces, especially at breakfast very cold with people wearing winter coats. The bar and restaurant and big and have the kind of lighting that creates a cold atmosphere.

Comfortable hotel with excellent price / quality ratio.Staff did everything to help make our stay memorable (arranging taxi's / late check out etc).The restaurant is not very cosy, but provides reasonable good food.

room service was very bad, one day trash wasn’t taken didn’t clean the floor, we addressed the issue to them but had to wait for the next day; windows are too close to each other and we could hear noises from the other room ( stayed suíte 213) strong food smell every time we entered the hotel, the kitchen is located right in front entrance Hotel is far from center

Staff was not helpful. Service was pathetic. Staff was non-responsive. Restaurant service was too bad. It is way away from any restaurant or stores. So you will be totally dependent on the property. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

People couldn't speak English and made it very difficult to get anything out of them. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. The property needs alot of maintenance

The room was typical of similar properties around the world.

We did not find the staff particularly friendly, and found the dining buffet staff unpleasant when they were running late for 7pm opening and treated us as though their tardiness was our fault, with the man at reception prancing out to show us on his phone that there was delay. No menu items were in English and no one spoke English to assist with descriptions of some unrecognisable local dishes.

The room was very comfortable, with special mention for the shower, which was superb. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly. Would recommend.

The "heated pool". This was written on a photo in Booking. The pool actually does receive hot water, but hardly enough and the water remains cold. We felt cheated. They should remove the photo saying "heated pool". We paid a higher price so we could (supposedly) take a hot bath in the pool. We weren't the first guests to feel this.

Everything was great. A relatively new hotel in a quiet area, outside of the city. Due to the location you need a car or move around by taxi. It is a very nice and modern hotel. It well deserves to be a 4 star hotel.

The ambient perfume in the lobby was a bit too strong for me.

Room, breakfast and pool were surprisingly very good. The lobby was beautiful.

A bit expensive from what we get in return. Bedrooms are not soundproofed, you can easily hear other people’s noise. Poll area and bathrooms need a good detail cleaning.
