Staff was very helpful and supportive.

The room smelled of mold, there was water leaking in the toilet.The hotel needs a net in the windows and doors. The restaurant had good food but I found mosquitos and flies over the food quite often.

Great location for exploring both sides of the falls. Staff was super helpful especially our concierge who helped us with some excursions and advice. The meals were good with lots of variety. It was convinient to be able to eat at the resort after long days of exploring.

We got out in a handicap accessible room and the shower leaked water into the bathroom as there was no lip on the shower floor. A little mold on wall by shower due to this. But rest of room very clean. Construction going on while there. Little loud as we tried to enjoy hot tub.

Great views and the pool looks nice, but it was cold so we did not had the opportunity to enjoy it.

Don't get fooled by the pictures. It is definitely not a 5 start hotel! The first room was moldy and the faucet was clogged, the blackout was scratched. They moved us to another room, which was better, but it is not a 5 star room. We were right next door to the deposit and the employees were supper loud early in the morning on the weekends. We woke up because they were talking loud at 7 am. The towels are thin and harsh, the sheets are horrible, the blankets too (those thin brown ones that we give to our dogs). Nothing like a 5 start should be. In the bathroom just hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. No shower cap, no sewing kit, no nail file, nothing of the "basic" things that other 5 starts hotels offer. The pool looks good, so does the gym, but if you are looking for room comfort, run away. I guess they get the 5 starts just because of the pool and sauna. It should be an average 4 star,

Facilities were good, staff was friendly and breakfast had plenty of options. We could also tell that the coffee beans were of good quality.

The blackout curtains in our rooms were visibly old, in a poor condition and they were smaller than the rail.Pillow options could be improved as none of them offered enough neck and shoulder support.Suggestions: to offer shower gel in the shower area as there's only shampoo and conditioner (soap bar is available though). Similar hotels in other countries offer a complimentary bottle of water per person per day which would be a nice added to touch if added to the rooms.

Gorgeous resort, close to airport, close to access the waterfalls, around 15 mins from centre. Uber always available to go to centre for dinner - around £2/3. The breakfast here is outstanding. They also accommodated a breakfast box when we needed to check out at 3am which was very appreciated. Pool area big and clean, jacuzzis warm, good gym equipment and friendly staff. We didn’t do the half board and found it cheaper to eat from the menu of the pool bar and lobby bar instead as we are not a great lover of buffet food so prefer to pick from a menu ourselves. Clear breakdown for trips cost. I think a little more than from in town, but it was a private car and we could run on our own times! Overall, outstanding.

Mini bar in room is a little pricey but not too bad by European standards. Would be good to have a coffee machine in the room!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff are all friendly. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful grounds and pool. And a great location for the falls, and for getting to Argentina. Five stars!!

Rooms and dinning room need urgent refurbishment.Looks old.Lousy food. Worse than in a military Barack!This hotel definitely is overrated. It should be a 3 star, tops.

The amenities were excellent the staff went up and above to help and make our stay one to remember for all the right reasons ,the buffet breakfast and evening meal were exceptional . The buffets had an excellent choice of foods and drinks available

Food small room with the bed for 2Cramped bathroom

A truely magical place where you can experience luxury, all inclusive and the best service a resort has to offer. The food was amazing, every day the breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of fresh product and meals. The staff was very attentive and did their very best to treat you like a king. The best ever I would say!

Food and surroundings were fabulous

We rang reception for a buggy to help with our luggage at check out but oneone came so we had to carry our cases up the stairs.

If you are looking for a resort, this place ticks all the boxes. The accommodation is spacious and sound proof and there are swimming pools everywhere.

The main pool was quite crowded and the property felt rather overcrowded by a business get away taking place there. Also, the non-buffet restaurant was closed while we were there but no one thought to let us know in advance.

The tour desk was great. All the staff were great.

Pool and hot tub were dirty. Need a non beef option at the steakhouse.
