Breakfast was typical Brazilain fare.

The area around the pool could have been cleaned more often. The cleaners concentrate on the pool area but forget to clean the seating area around the pool, which is often full of litter and empty cans and bottles which blow around the pool all day and end up in the pool.

The location is fantastic, very close to everything. The room was spotless, and the towels were changed daily.

I didn’t like how some staff members responded rudely, as if they didn’t enjoy their job. On the other hand, there were also some friendly and courteous staff.

Staff was very lindly and helpfull The most important thing was that they can speak English.

I have missing thea and coffee in the room.Also a water cooker was not in the room.

To make it quick and simple, better avoid that hotel with such arrogant receptionists ! The worst one being Angelica on the front desk and Paulo at night. Avoid them they just see you as a cash machine, not as a customer.Horrible.Also the bathroom was out of order, probably because they are far too old and not well maintained, and wifi is horrible. Continuously disconnecting. Small problems that could be excusable when you are well attended, but… receptionist do not do anything to help you. At all.

I was very positively surprised over Hotel Praia Centro! Magnificent view from the rooftop and very nice pool. Room also very high standard in relation to price.And two big thumbs up for the lovely staff, in the reception as well as the restaurant. They bend backwards to help you in every way. So happy I chose this hotel.

The personal from the hotel are very helpfull. Joan from the front desk helped me in everything even for coordinate my trips by bus. Mrs Banda makes the best tapiocas! and Jaime from the bar offers an excellent service.
