Heating in the room wasn’t working, they gave us small heater but still the room was cold as the temperature outside was -2.

The central location is perfect for reaching the surrounding cities and towns for anyone travelling on business trips. The staff is exceptionally kind and well-prepared to meet the needs of the guests.

Breakfast was nice, and the people working there were all kind and helpful. The hotel had a proper internet connection, was close to a few decent places where to eat, and had a comfortable parking.

The rest was, well, tremendous. The amount of noise from the surroundings (a railway station, a place where trucks were unloading stuff at 3 AM, everything else) made having a proper night of sleep impossible. The door of the bathroom was basically opening on the sink. The heating system was tied to a heat pump which was making another additional layer of noise at rhythmic intervals (like 2 minutes on and 2 off), so, in order to sleep you had to turn it off, and then of course in the morning you were freezing. Floors were supposed to be wood / parquet and was some sort of cheap lynoleum. It's fine if it's a 30 EUR / night hotel, not 63.And uh, the lift was a 1-person lift only. As an engineer, I'd very much want to meet the responsible for such a project.Anyway, bad. Can't understand how this place has such high ratings on Booking.com

it's very complicated to go towards the center of Treviglio by car. on foot it's better , but it's not the best

Caused by us making reservations 10 minutes due to bad weather, the room took a while to warm up. Otherwise great.

Personal was great and helpful. Breakfast had limited choice but overall ok.

Small, but clean and quite modern rooms. For a stop on a road trip more than sufficient.

Good location not far from the historic architecture. Modern hotel in excellent condition. Very friendly staff with good English. Strong wifi. Working desk with well-placed power outlets. Convenient supermarket almost next door. Plenty of parking space.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Decent room. Free parking and €5 breakfast are perhaps the other positives.

The receptionist did see our car being parked outside by around 11:15pm. But she locked up the front door hurriedly and wanted us to take their night route to the room since it was past 11. Pretty hard route with luggage and a sleeping toddler.

Reasonable comfort, perfect for overnight stay. Clean. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast fine.

Somewhat dingy.

The room was a reasonable size with good facilities and the bed was comfortable. My partner comments that the staff were very friendly and helpful and also the coffee at breakfast was very good.

It was impossible to close the room door quietly. I was woken up during night, on a few occasions from the noise of the doors to other rooms being slammed.The decoration in the bathroom was "worn and tired" and there was evidence of black mould on the walls near the shower.

Breakfast was fine for us. Location was also fine for us as we have family nearby in Treviglio. The staff, particularly on Reception were very friendly and helpful. We were also accommodated with a late check in after 23.00 for which we are very grateful.

An extra pillow in each bed would have been nice with perhaps some coffee / tea making facilities in the room. A quicker electric toaster would have been preferable in the Breakfast Room.

Nice place to stay in Treviglio. Supermarket and great cafe nearby.

The receptionist, Giovanni, was extremely kind, professional, helpful and friendly during our stay. He gave his best to help us and give us some advices about visiting some places, transportation and food locations. The hotel was ok!

The reception is closed after 23:00 so if you have a problem you need to wait till tomorrow. In our case, the hair dryer was not working and we were not able to dry hair.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, they went an extra mile to make sure my 3yo enjoyed the stay as well. The location is great and easilly accessible when you are travelling through.

The choice for breakfast was good, but it could have been better for the money we paied.

the location was excellent for our purposes. the wifi is very good indeed. the bedroom and shower were also very satisfactory. breakfast, although not substantial, was more than sufficient. the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. also a good, free car park right in front of the building.

broken window - unglazed windows so extremely noisy due to the passing train - PREVIOUS GUEST SMOKED IN THE ROOM so the air inside was stuffy and disgusting. I am allergic to tobacco and kept sneezing all the time, and keeping my breath
