Reception staff were very friendly and cooperative

Shower box was not fully sealed so water pass to outside.

The hotel is vey dirty The sofa and the beds I paid 550 for what?! I booked this hotel because it show that they have swimming pool when we arrive they told us No, the swimming pool is not working for long long time.So I paid 550 for this bad hotel ?! It smell so bad in the walkways No way I stayed for one night

Breakfast was par below the standard of any hotel i have stayed with breakfast . No coffee was available in the room. Not worth for the money paid.

Nice room size but shower is outdated. The lady add the reception and bellman were very friendly and helpfull also the room was tidy every day.

The men ad the reception is very unfriedly, someone like that should not work in a reception. The breakfast is just delivered as plate without the option to choose.

there was cars sounds , the hotel is nearby a highway and the sound isolation is poor

New facility, its location. The basics are there. It is a three star hotel.

Split unit air conditioning, breakfast must be in the room not in the restaurant, breakfast came without utensils and salt and pepper. Not enough drinking water provided. Room key was blocked second day without reason. Not enough attention to customer needs.

Rooms are good and spacious but the linen provided especially the pillows are in bad condition?

As per the attached screen shot of my confirmation from Booking .com, it clearly mentioned that the Good Breakfast will cost 35 SAR, But when I booked for my break fast they have charged me 50 SAR and I specifically requested the so called International break fast and it was the same as Purely Arabic dishes (not as per the menu provided) ????Provided Coffee was only black though I requested for coffee with milk???However, on the whole either the information provided by Booking.Com (as we trust your ratings and words) or the Hotel is incorrect or false information?????

Good location and excellent staff and services.

Very unacceptable noise surrounding the hotel during this period although it may be temporary.

In day shift Woman reception are so slow, bad and not cooperating especially the one on the right when your face heading to the reception vice versa at night shift man reception was so kind

Two female resptionists need be trained to talk to Cutomers , really very bad welcoming , the guy I made checkout is nice and professional guy.

They only give you one key card. The key card often gets demagnetized

Staff was excellent and even offered to waive a charge for a bottle of water from the mini-bar to save us time at checkout.

The bed was a little hard for our liking, and the sheets were rough.
