Best Western Bourgoin Jallieu

Small but comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was actually quite nice.

Rooms were small but still cozy.

Location to Autoroute & restaurant

Very basic and dated

Lovely beds and cusions. Friendly staff. Close to the highway

Very noisy room.

The room looked nice and was comfortable. Clearly fairly recently renovated. Appreciated the kettle and decently sized cups. Staff were great and helped us with printing some documents. Conveniently located on route from Alps to Lyo airport. Liked the memory foam pillows.

The light in the bathroom mirror was a right nuisance when trying to keep the bedroom dark for sleeping. The door has a window so it shone right through. Would be much better to not have that light. The warm breakfast was so so.

Friendly staff, room facilities, breakfast

Very convenient to the motorway but not noisy. Very comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast.

Friendly welcome clean room and easy parking

Had a queen room, lots of space, very comfy bed, everything you neded for a good stopover. Lots of parking, food available there and lots of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a stop on the road to the Alps.

Very clean, tidy, a little smallish, but very good room, perfect for the quick stopover. Lots of parking, good access but no noticeable road noise inside.

The Staff was amazing, Amy was very kind and smiling. Nice breakfast but maybe I'd prefer real coffe and not the instant one.

Room very small

Stayed as a stop off on our journey to Milan. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located 5 minutes off of the motorway. Plenty of local amenities near by and not far outside of Lyon. Would recommend

Room rather small but clean and adequate for a motorway stop.

Room was amazing , very quiet. Very good personal . Very good shower , bed . All was perfect

All was perfect

Good location, near main roads and motorway, comfortable room, good breakfast

Room and bathroom very modern, comfortable, clean and with air conditioning. Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast, reasonable options, free parking.

very clean and comfortable

The WiFi was poor in my room. maybe it was that end of the hotel, because my colleague in an adjacent room also had poor WiFi.

stayed overnight on the way to the Alps, nice and clean rooms, quite, friendly and helpful staff, very good location,- close to the motorway, very good breakfast for everyone.

The first room did not meet my request, and the staff did change immediately.

The place looks nice, the staff so helpful. We had a reservation for a room with children, at first we received a first floor room without elevator, but when they saw us with strollers and children so the hostess immediately gave us a ground floor room. Really appreciated

Rooms nice but small

The personnel was very helpful. I left my luggage in the room after checkout , they helped me retrieve it in a short time. Good location, big parking and reception open 24/7 - convenient for travelers.

The bathroom was small and the shower a bit clogged which resulted in a little flood. Breakfast had little choice and products of not very basic quality.

Comfortable beddings, secure parking, nice staff.

Not so many choice for breakfast
