Hotel did not have their AC turned on. As the temperature was 75 F our first day it was quite hot. When charging --- a night, simple accommodation should be met

Friendly staff, and the room was clean with all the necessary comforts for a family of 3. It was easy to locate just at the exit of the highway.

The breakfast was not that good. A large buffet, but most of the things were a bit tasteless; the eggs tasted like paper.

The property was not as advertised; it operates more like a motel than a hotel. The level of cleanliness was extremely poor, raising serious hygiene concerns and potential health risks. I was unable to stay even a minute — I checked in and immediately checked out — yet was neither refunded nor offered an alternative accommodation. Despite providing Booking.com with photos clearly showing the room’s condition upon arrival, I received no support or resolution.

The breakfast was amazing. The location is very convenient. The hospitality from the staff was commendable. Salvatore and Elina at the bar and dinning area. The ladies at the front desk and Elina the cleaning maid from Romania. Thank you all for welcoming my husband and I we stayed in room 104.

Great hotel, value for money- amazing.vey cheap for what it offers, also amazing breakfast that was also included in the room fees.

Some areas of the building were being refurbished when we went there; it was not great, but we do understand that you need to keep the hotel functioning, although you need to work.

Paper thin walls, you can hear everything in the room next to you, snorring, tv, telephone, conversation, I was unfortunate enough to stay next to someone who was drunk and/or singing in his sleep. Staff called the room, but couldn’t help, and they didn’t have ear plugs for me. I had a short and terrible night.

The location of the hotel is great, parking is easy. The room is super comfortable and the breakfast was perfect with a wide range of choices.

could be a good option, maybe it’s just us who were unlucky that day. there was no shampoo in bathroom, no blanket, no kettle, no tea/coffee. we assumed it should be in 4* hotel. overall, not the best experience.

A great concept with its own parking space right in front of the room entrance, regardless of the floor. In essence, you drive up to your room door. The room was quite spacious and cosy. Great choice for breakfast. The staff are above and beyond praise.

It's a motel and I would say the price is too high in that location. Not a good place to live with family though I was alone. Couldn't stay for 1 night.

Location to Monza race circuit. Lovely staff the ones we met. Not over priced bar and in room service.

Probably a little close to main road but noice didn’t stop us sleeping.

It’s announced as a Hotel but there’s a Motel in the backgrounds where, for my surprise, we were settled. So, it’s a motel room with no shower, only a dirty bathtub. The carpet stinks, there were bugs in the room and the parking space in front of the room is too small even for a small car.

Room in the hotel a bit too cold. The weather was not exceptional in those days, but, indeed, the room remained cold due a light stream of air conditioning.

Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

The air conditioning wasn't working, we were told the air conditioning wasn't turned on and that we should open the window, but it was warm even with the window open. The shower had a bit of dark grout that could be mold. I would have liked an iron in the room too.

Carpet in our room was burnt in many places from most likely cigarettes or similar which wasnt too nice to see plus it was a bit too dirty for my liking.

Well, Equipped room, and an excellent Restaurant, and Dinner and breakfast were fantastic.

Having to use 2 different lifts particularly when the floor selection Buttons are worn out and damaged and you cannot see much with dim lighting. very confusing and not a good introduction to your 1st visit.Room card readers are not effective you have to be very patient to get the room door to unlock, and the receiver slot for lights took many attempts and had me standing in pitch blackness for several minutes
