- Location is nice
Cons -
- The staff is outstanding!
- The bathroom was dirty, room was cold and air condition worked just for 20 min and then just working with cold wind. My family and I could not sleep at night. Stove was not working. I seid to reception to fix the problem and she told me I have to wait 10 min but techniker came after 40 min. Breakfast was very poor and in restaurant the glasses were dirty. We preffered to not eat anyting. I complaned to managment and he just said I apologize. I couldent find any same image of the room in booking.com.
- Part of the accommodations had no lift, with stroller it was not quite nice. The old building needs urgent renovation. It was way below the rooms in the main building and nothing compared with the pictures. The breakfast was very simple, not many options but the things that they had were good.

Location is nice
We booked family room however these rooms were outside the main hotel rather looked like a hospital rooms, we were disappointed however front office manager was kind to change our rooms
Close to the train station.
For the Underground parking garage you have to wait for the front desk attendant to come and walk outside the hotel to the car elevator to activate the elevator. Tried to utilize the restaurant on site and was told someone booked the entire restaurant for a work event for the entirety of my stay. The walls in the room I booked were dirty. The eggs for the breakfast I paid for were hard. The bed where I slept was a rock not a very restful stay.
the building, knowledge of english language of the staff
breakfasts were too focused on sugar, as per Italian tradition - its not a major complaint
Property is located close to a beautiful park.
There is no parking at the hotel. There is a public parking space with little availability, despite the fact that it is not free.
The cleaning
Breakfast so bad only one kind of cheese while itlay one of center cheese places to , facilities so bad no cattle on the room to drink something warm , Extremely stingy hotel
Nice staff, large room, comfortable bed, excellent restaurant!
The family room is a bit too basic, but for the price, great value!
Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms surrounded with large gardens and accessible restaurants. A fantastic breakfast. Good value!
Excellent breakfast options for every type of eater, a beautifully decorated hotel, and a peaceful location in a lovely green area right next to a beautiful park
The breakfast and the staff there were great!
Not very quiet, could hear much from other rooms like a baby crying.
Everything is good ? we get some small problems but Daniele Lotti meneger of hotel fixed immediately fixed thanks him wery much Hotel staff is polite and respectful
Great location close to train station. Easy to get to Milan. Very helpful staff.
The apartment is not very quiet due to street noise.
Apartment size was good for my needs
They never tell you that the apartment is right next to their commercial ventilation system that is on 24/7 and can be clearly heard through the night. It literally didn't let me sleep. The apartment had a very old fridge that wasn't even connected and looked awful. I didn't get room service until day 3 of my stay. There are no windows in the apartment, the front door needs repairs at it lets the cold air in. The door is made out of the frosted glass, so when people/animals trigger the outdoor light, it's so bright, it wakes you up in the middle of the night (the bed is right by the entry door).Breakfast is average, only eggs/bacon as hot food options, a few pastries, little fruit and not everything is re-supplied once run out.
The building and the gardens are beautiful. On the outside, you can see the old magnificence of this place. The lighting on the room in the morning was dreamy.
The rooms could use some mild reparations. The shower didn’t work so good and the toilet had some old stains as well as some broken parts.
Disappointing
The room had nothing to do with the one in the pictures that I booked it was a completely different room and it wasn’t even inside the hotel . It was in another building near the hotel.
Generally, fine.... Rooms were clean, location fine. Parking was a little awkward, but, worked out fine in the end there too.
We booked and paid for 7 rooms. We had 2 of the group could not make it due to respiratory Illness. The staff at the reception desk decided, 'OK, you only get 6 rooms then', even though we'd paid for 7. We had an uneven number of male/female staff members on the trip.... one had to actually sleep on the floor. Incredible. We paid for 7 rooms, 'no refund'. How can that be? Really soured the experience. Communications afterwards were solid, they acknowledged the screw-up, but, no refund. They probably double charged the room. Profiting from this scam.
The location was ok for our needs and the cost per room is moderate. Rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable.
The hotel is a little run down, the staff is friendly but check-in and check-out are very inefficient. The room was clean but there was a bad smell; the lights did not work properly. There is no hotel parking, you have to leave the car in a public parking lot.
It’s an old property, but well renovated
Pillow, bed too hard
