Rede Andrade Mercado Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was comfortable, ideal for a night or two.

The check-in was rushed, the receptionist seemed like didn't want to give us any information and spoke too fast to understand.

Pleasant staff, and they waited till 2 AM to check us in. Excellent price.

The rooms were dirty and moldy. It was cleaned very superficially before our stay, but the AC was covered in dust, and the bathroom has not been cleaned properly in a long time.

The staff very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

It was ok for one night; however the mattress unconfortable and the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

I did not like the towel. It didn’t have enough towels and it didn’t have shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent location for transport... To other cities and local (Rapid buses and tourist buses).I seemed to have stumbled on an offer price... By far the best deal in 6 months across South America...

All the negative comments in other reviews are true so book somewhere else if they bother you.Curitiba has homeless people (you get what you vote for)Reception staff (I wouldn't be smiling with some of their customers, and minimum wage)Rooms a little dark and not spotless clean. It was close to the city center. The parking have no charge.

It wasn’t properly clean, had no soap or shampoo and the breakfast was regular.

Location next to the bus station and mercado, but a bit far from the city centre and other things in curitiba. Good breakfast.

The area indeed has some homeless people around, but during the day it's completely safe as there are plenty of people because of the mercado. During the night feels a bit less safe thoguh, i recommend taking uber to the hotel at the nighttime. The room furniture is a bit old indeed and old air conditioning that makes noise, but overall no problems.

Sheets for children. Darty. Homeless people everywhere. Photos not matching with reality. Complete fake hotel. How it s possible Booking let this happening !!!!

I speak only a little Portuguese and the staff were very patient.

The safe in our room did not work. The breakfast was poor.

great location, breakfast and shower

The main concern was that the key card didn't work the first time which made us go downstairs to the reception. Then we entered the room, and there was a strong smoking smell in the room, so we needed to go downstairs once more to report. Other minor things: there is no shampoo and the tv had only a few channels.

I did like nothing

I did like nothing. Room was so old and so dirty. We stayed there only few hours. We didn’t even take a shower because bathroom was so dirty

Staff was good and kind. The cleanness wasn't bad and the location of the hotel was central and good.

Breakfast was way too little with very few options and low quality. I was disappointed as it did not match the picture it showed on the hotel profile at all. Also the room need maintanence, the tap was leaking and carpet on corredors looked pretty bad and old

Location was quite good, close to bus station and mall. Breakfast was OK.

Couldn't check in early. Dirty air con unit in room blowing out dust and dirt. Room key very temperamental. Wouldn't stay here again but it was OK.

It was clean and very comfortable.

The keys was not working properly but the receptionist changed it without problem and they were kind.

Only location by bus terminal is a good point

Everything else. All is horrible, from old creepy uncomfortable bed and room to awful coffee

We had to park our car a good distance away and it wasn't free. There was one particular woman at the front desk who was downright rude. The housekeeping service was third grade. Unless I'm really desperate I'd never stay there again.

Rudeness in hotel staff.

Hotel is near the main bus stand. City tour bus has a stop right in front. Good options for breakfast.

Room needs to be renovated. Only the bed was in good condition. Doors were getting stuck all the time. Had to try 5-6 times to open the door with key. Also , I was expecting shampoo in the washroom.

Location. It is right across the Mercado Municipal and the main bus station.Good breakfast here too.Single room is big, has fridge and AC with cooling and heating. The shower is big too.It’s great value for what you pay for.Very nice staff. They even let me leave my bags for the day as my bus was leaving midnight.

Simple place but excellent staff and value for the money I have used the private car par I'll definitely return back... highly recommended!!!

The bedding where little bid, not comfortable, but with the price I paid, no complaints
