Hot water facility was available in the bathroom and electric kettle was also there for drinking hot water.
Room was dirty, bed sheets very dirty, room was stinking all the time. Noise and smell of bathroom from adjacent room made our stay horrible. Exhaust in the bathroom was not working. TV had no connection, was just for show. The only good part was the hotel boy was good and tried his utmost to help us.
Room was neat and clean staff behaviour was very polite awesome view and nice location near by mg market.

Enjoyed our stay at the property.location of the property is amazing,it is situated very near to both mg marg and lal market .Both are very close to the hotel.Food is also good.Proerty is great for family and couples as staff are very cooperative and humble.Rooms are also neat and clean.

There is nothing to like in this so-called hotel.
Moldy smell, dirty walls, linen and bed sheet were soiled with all kind of body-fluids (including blood). Staff laughed about my complaint and behaved in a rude and obnoxious way. Cleaning staff wakes up guests with disco music in the early morning. No WiFi available, no toilet paper, and except for a very tiny piece of soap no toiletry articles provided. Very, very filthy and unpleassnt place. Even One Star is already way too high category. I strongly recommend guests to avoid this terrible place.
