- 1. Hot water line was not working view airlock. Though the staff provided bucket of hot water and changed the room the next day. 2. Soap dispenser was irritating as it required 15-20 presses just to get a small drop of liquid soap. Finally had to request for regular soap which was provided.3. Wifi was slow.
- The bed was not good.. Also the carpets were old and a little dirtyThe room given to us was dark on one side.Spa was not available

While booking we have booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived we have been provided room without a balcony. This is a discrepancy while booking this should be rectified by both end ( hotel and booking.com).
