It accommodated foreigners and the space was great. The bar and lobby were nice. Very clean. The staff were awesome. It was walkable to many restaurants and stores. It was pet friendly.

The thermostat was temperamental.

Good location walking distance of central Aosta, good reserved parking, good soundproofing from street and no noise from other guests. Receptionist Ammi gave very good restaurant recommendations. When AC control didn’t work a call to reception instantly resolved the problem.

There is no attention to detail in the room for a hotel in this price range when it comes to fittings and furniture.The bathroom sink is misaligned (in fact, everything is misaligned, and nothing is flush). There is always water on the floor from the sink, and the shower fitting feels really cheap. Hot water works, but only on the hottest setting. Once you move it a millimeter towards cold, it is freezing, so it is difficult to adjust your water temperature.The hallway seems really impressive with marble and select materials, and then you enter the room, and in the room everything seems built with the tightest budget possible. Sure, there is marble in the bathroom, but it seems it has been installed by a drunk technician. The windows were not really clean. The location is close to Aosta center but not that friendly for people without a car. Overall it is an ok hotel, but the price for what it offers should be way lower.

Location is great, as it's in the newer part of Aosta, easy to find, large car park, spacious rooms.Sauna was great too.The Staff were all very happy and helpful.It allows dogs and there was a cute old Black Labrador that was often chilling out on a dog bed in reception. The hotel TheraPet :-)

A steam room normally has menthol steam, this one did not. WiFi seemed a bit slow

Room is large and comfortable, good location, plenty of parking, nice coffee machine in room (though we had nothing to stir it with!). Employees were very friendly and helpful! Lovely view off our balcony.

We bought the breakfast as an extra but to be honest, it was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. We do not eat pork and there were no non-pork breakfast meats, the croissants were soggy (croissants should be flaky), the juices tasted like they were powder mixes not fresh juice, eggs looked really unappetizing. For a hotel of this rating, I would expect a much better offering - this reminded me of a continental breakfast style at American motels, not a quality hotel breakfast.

Every single aspect of it. This is a great hotel and ticked every box for mine and my daughters needs.Location for Pila is ideal and so straightforward,along with plenty of parking.Every member of staff were incredibly polite,courteous and very helpful.The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are big and have everything you need.Bottled water and coffee were topped up everyday(you certainly don’t get that in some more expensive hotels!),breakfast is excellent with an enormous selection. Great leisure facilities after a good days boarding.Simply brilliant.

The hotel staff were pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice.

The swimming pool could have been a bit warmer , from a personal point of view , the hammam and sauna were very good.

Nice warm indoor swimming pool and steam sauna without additional cost. Kind ladies at front office.

Finish sauna and hot tub broken down. Outdoor swimming pool empty. Bathrooms outdated. Hence too expensive.

Large bedroom and bathroom with all amenities required. Good value for money.Large car park on site, ideal as we were travelling through from France to southern Italy. The lady on reception was friendly and very helpful.

Gorgeous views, lovely sized rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection, but not huge, however for the price it was pretty good value. The lifts are not for the faint hearted ?EV Charger - absolute bonus!

Bathrooms were lovely and clean but could do with modernisation to match the rest of the hotel, but this is a really minor thing
