Pros +
- The location was excellent and views were beautiful from our room.
- The location was the only thing this place had going for it.
- Very friendly staff. It's located right in the heart of the city. The staff tried to find me a room on the second floor, without success. I had to use the stairs to go up to my room on the third floor.
Cons -
- Wifi is NOT reliable or good. I had to work a bit and had to use my hotspot from my phone. Staff didn¿t have much interest in resetting the router or showing they could do anything about it. They were not the kindest staff, but they warmed up later.
- When I first arrived, they told me my room was at the top of the stairs, which was at the top of four floors, and there was no elevator. When I got to the room, it was a room in the eaves, and you could only stand up and maybe a fifth of the room. I went back down and told them that there’s no way that I ias an old man can walk up and down those stairs. They gave me a room in the basement that was really for staff. The room had no air conditioning which since you were half underground it wasn’t extremely bad But it was in the 90s the whole time I was there. The guy at the front desk would not win a Mr Congeniality contest.
- There was no nearby parking, and I had trouble finding it. I'm 80 years old, and the stairs were a challenge.

Location was good
Noise in the hotel was extreme, even through earplugs I woke up several times during the night. Hotel staff also smoked cigars at the street, right below the windows to my room. Room was hot without air condition. Hotel also send me a message through booking and is threating with legal actions due to this review.
Just a no frills accom in a great location in town. Staff at front desk were very accommodating
The location is great, very convenient if you want to explore Aosta. The rooms were clean.
The single and twin rooms are really tiny and I had a feeling like staying at the corridor rather than a hotel room. The walls are very thin and I could hear other guests. Staying here for two nights wasn't the nicest experience.
Free coffee Tall room, nice view Good wifiComfortable bed and bigNice people working here
No flip flops and the floor is cold, made out of stoneOther than this, the location is great
Very nice and friendly staff, great rooms of the price. Also there's a pizzeria on the ground floor.Sends out message with all information in 3 languages regarding parking, late checkin, etc.
Nothing, I was informed of every possible issue well in advance.
Great location, good sized room & bathroom, excellent price! Recommended.
Central location.
It was a cold night, 0C/33F. Asked the receptionist for a portable space heater. He came up to my room to check that the heater was on and set to max (it was) and then he told me... something. I don't speak Italian and he didn't speak English, but I did give him my request by showing him Google translate on my phone. Anyways. Disappointing experience. There were extra blankets but the room temperature was just barely tolerable.
The location was great. The staff are friendly. It was nice and quiet.
The room was really small. We stayed there last year and the previous room on the 2nd floor was a bit bigger, we didn't think we would have such a small one this time. Breakfast would have been really nice but we knew it wasn't available. When I phoned to ask about the possible late check-in time they didn't speak English. It took quite a few messages back and forward to explain that we weren't planning to arrive after 10pm, just that travel delays might mean we arrived after 10pm. Eventually they told us the room we originally booked wasn't available with a late check-in and also they seemed to say that the room (the executive suite) that we originally booked wasn't actually at the hotel!
The place is in the very heart of Aosta! I`m endlessly greatful to the hotel that they helped me to correct my mistake: I have booked for another day and they agreed to change the date of arrival for the correct one! Thank you also for your help with the map and places to visit!
Location and helpful & friendly staff
A bit noisy
Very clean, really friendly staff, perfect location.
Good location en the centre., to visit Aosta and neighbourhood. Clean. A nice balcony with a view.
Old and not so attractive interior. However clean and functional.
Location was great for walking the Via Francigena.
Stayed on the first floor and a fair amount of noise filtered up from the ground floor. They would not store my little Tupperware box of leftover food that I was carrying in the fridge overnight.
Great location; clean room and helpful staff!
WiFi is not available in the rooms, only at the reception - which is the only negative!
Happy to leave.
No wifi in rooms, management didnt even want to turn on router in public area.
Location was great
No wifi??? Super hard pillows, very uncomfortable mattress
