    Pros +

    • Nice family run hotel just steps away from the old town. Large bedroom and bath, great water pressure and tasty breakfast. Their parking garage is very close and at 10.00 a night a great deal, free parking is available on the street.
    • location is OK, short walk to the city center
    • The host was extremely kind and helpful - I traveled with a bike and he kindly guided me towards where I could store them safely.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was not good. I had trouble finding a place to park the car, with misleading info from the hotel. Had to carry my luggage 3 flights of a narrow steep stairway. Staff wasn't very helpful, especially if you don't speak Italian. Room is dated.
    • There is no parking at the hotel (mentioned on the hotel page), and not even the place for the luggage drop-off (the street is very narrow, one way, and the hotel is uphill). We had to haul the luggage to/from the car. The nearest public parking is 300 meters from the hotel.
    • The wi-fi in the attic room did not work very well.

The room was fresh and well maintained with en suite. The property had lots of quirky elements. The breakfast was good and the owners were very helpful. Parking was nearby and it was a short walk to the centre.

Had to ask for the air conditioning controller, which was readily provided.

Very friendly and helpful owners, excellent location, very nice breakfast

It’s a pity that there is no fridge in the room: I have travel with some medicine that needs to be refrigerated. On the other hand the owner was helpful and offered to keep it in their fridge. In the end we decided to keep it in the balcony because we knew that at night it would be cold enough

Very charming hotel in a good location near the town center. The staff is very helpful- they assisted us in arranging a cab to reach a trailhead in Gran Paradiso Park. Food was great- breakfasts and some dinners featured local products.

The historical location near the old Roman bridge! Excellent staff/owners very friendly and helpful. Very good daily breakfast served in a scenic and comfortable setting.

Pillows were a little flat, would be nice to have two pillows for each person!

    9MauroPosted on: 7-4-2023

Just outside the arc that limits the access to the center, it is a perfect accomodation for a stop in the city. Friendly and informative staff, wide and clean room, nice breakfast on a terrace facing a Roman bridge. Recommended.
