The parking (even if there’s extra cost), the location, right in the center of the town. Good breakfast

No toiletry in the bathroom

Great location and a view of the mountains.

Our bathroom was so dark. The shower guard still leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. The shower head would not completely shut off when using the main faucet. Basically, the bathroom needs a complete overhaul.

the location was ideal right at the start of the old town and shops and restaurants an easy stroll. Once we figured out the parking, it was convenient to take the car in and out each day. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful as were all the other staff we encountered--the women in the breakfast area, after hours in the lounge. Breakfast was a delight with a range of local items to taste, part of the reason for traveling to have local experiences. Overall the location and convenience was just ideal.

Nice room, check in was quick and the staff very friendly. The hotel is super close to the city center with bars and restaurants and shops, but in a side street so really calm which we appreciated. We had a lovely view of the town and mountains as well. The breakfast was absolutely amazing

The air condition seemed to work but didn’t really cool down the room much so it was quite stuffy. There was a slight sewers smell in the bathroom. Overall it didn’t bother us too much though - we had a good stay!

Location excellent, staff very veryhelpful (and spoke English), and breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Room too hot at night, remedied by having to open the window!

Great location near shops and restaurants and 15min walk to Pila gondola

For a ski trip the room was a bit small but maybe there are bigger rooms available

location. comfort. the extra kind helpful professional staff. we needed a ver early check in and our room was ready at 10 am. the staff went out of their way to help us through a difficult time.

wish the restaurant had been open for dinner.

The staff were so kind. We were nervous travelling to Italy for the first time but the staff were so welcoming and reassuring. They helped us with parking, accessing gluten free food and enjoying our trip. The staff made our holiday so special. I am really grateful for their help.

Great location and a very friendly welcoming staff. Had to delay my arrival time but the staff was really helpful in accommodating my new schedule. The hotel is quite comfy and well located. Walking distance to all the sites in the center of town. Several great aperitivo places nearby too.

Nice small and clean room with the view on mountains. Breakfast was good and they have parking in front of hotel. We got everything for savna.
