Pros +
- Great place and location. Friendly staff.
- The location was great for walking to shopping. The rooms were clean & the staff were super! Breakfast was very nice.
- Great location. The furniture is a little bit outdated but the price you pay for the room is fair. Great value for money. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and I really appreciated that they waited for me half an hour after checkin time. I had been there before, and I will definitely return.
Cons -
- The showerhead didn't fit in the standard, so you had to hold it yourself (probably only applicable to the room I had)
- The room was quite warm so we slept with the windows open— but it was very noisy outside until 2am (people talking loudly— maybe because it was a weekend night?)Fans would have been helpful.
- Few outlets in the room, and two of them weren’t working. :(

Amazing staff, breakfast and location!
Few outlets in the room, and two of them weren’t working. :(
Location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, breakfast was very good
The hotel needs some updating. However, as mentioned before, everything was very clean and worked well
A family run establishmentSimple accommodations Clean , friendly, morning buffet breakfast quite good Would recommend and would book again
We have stayed there many times in the past, it’s central easy to walk to the best restaurants. It’s clean and comfortable, the garage parking is secure. Above all the owners are genuinely nice people.
You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel. Go out of the front door and a Roman wall faces you. Walk along the wall for 100m and you are in the Main Street. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely well maintained by them and their staff. The breakfasts are amazing.
Loved it, no negatives.
Location and breakfast was good.
A bit old and tired and hallway on our level smelled a bit musty
We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff / hosts were exceptionally helpful and always available to assist with any requests, making our experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Considering the prime location, the hotel offered great value for money. It was close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort at an affordable price.
Spacious room and bathroom, shower was exceptional, spacious and high pressure. Hotel is ideally situated with there own parking and easy access to the main areas for restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast and underground parking worth every penny as parking nearby is definitely a premium.
Only downside was some early and late noise in the central courtyard shared with surrounding business's but it was no big deal.
property v central & accessible to sights of Aosta .
Room was v basic with no character .
Good location. Friendly staff.
Could do with new bed covers. Not many plugs in room.
Wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Good, reasonably priced parking can be booked. Pets are welcome free of charge. The breakfast included in the price is fabulous - bacon and eggs, croissants, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, the list is endless. Can't recommend highly enough.
Can't think of a thing.
The position was excellent with great secure parking for a low sports car. The breakfast was of a very high standard .
Unfortunately no air conditioning on a very hot day
The location, the staff, the breakfast!
There was only one electrical outlet in the room, but the manager/owner went and got me an extension cord with extra outlets and sorted it!
Great location. Very welcoming and helpful staff, allowed us to check-in earlier and to leave bags after checkout. Good size of room and bathroom.
Interior is not fresh. Very bad sound proof, we couldn't sleep well because heard neighbours from both sides of the room until late night and from early morning. Just one socket in the room and couple of USB plugs near the bed. Limited shower gel & shampoo. Despite breakfast had a lot of sweet options, salty options were very limited (2 types of meat, 2 types of cheese and egg), no vegetables at all.
Excellent location, lovely helpful friendly staff and well explained after hours entry instructions in English. Right near the tourist information office and Roman ruins and restaurants, superb breakfast.
The hotel was actually surprisingly good, the room was cozy and very comfortable. Special mention to the staff, who were helpful and very gentle throughout the stay
