Pros +
- The hotel is older but well maintained and comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the centre of the city, but offers good value and the staff were very helpful.
- We have stayed many times...good location, dog friendly, lots of parking and spacious rooms. Good breakfast just a shame the bar and restaurant do not open anymore...
- The room was large and clean with a great view from the balcony. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value for money. There was free parking.
Cons -
- Breakfast is cheap at only 10 euros, but you get what you pay for. Its great for filling up before heading up the slopes, but there is an opportunity to improve the wality.
- There were not enough staff. The receptionist also had to look after the bar and was extremely busy checking in customers. The hotel restaurant was closed. There was supposedly a pizzeria nearby but that was closed too. It did not feel like a 3* hotel.
- Not much—shower leaked out a little.

Liked the A/C. Pretty clean, and big room with comfortable beds. Beautiful views from every angle of the hotel! Staff was friendly.
Not much—shower leaked out a little.
The view and the fact that the room was spacious.
It’s a little outdated ,maybe some new appliance in the bathroom.
We booked a room with two twin beds. But all rooms have a queen bed and then an uncomfortable single bed. The rest was all good, just not got what was booked.
Helpful staff. 15min walk to town and main ski lift
Cleanliness and comfort were very good and the room was a very good size. Nice, friendly and helpful staff.
It is a little out of the town centre (but lovely children's playground right next door!)
Location and price were very good. The hotel caters for ski groups. A school group was just leaving as we arrived.
My husband found the low slanting ceiling in the room and bathroom a little too low. He is of average height. Nothing the hotel can do about it.
The views from the free, not paid for, balcony were amazing and lovely in the morning and evening.A little out of Aosta, but that was not a problem for us, and after our initial journey to find it , no need for a map.
I thought the breakfast was poor, all food tasted bought in in packets, but my husband thought it was okay. The walls were very thin.
The location is convenient, close to the city center, shops, etc. Our room was nice and had everything we needed, love the balcony and the view! Staff is helpful and kind.
The heater didn’t work properly. The restaurant was closed which was inconvenient.
Close to the cable transport and city centre. Polite staff. Very good for ski groups .
No restaurant . Old place and needs refurbishment .
The size of the room. The easy parking, the location
The lack of sound isolation. It's hard to sleep after 7 am. because you hear everything happening
The rooms and view. Very classic retro alpine architecture. A garden and forest in the back.
Location is good, convenient for parking.
The room was not so clean
Nice gardens, good parking.
Room a little outdated but comfortable.
Location, cost, garden for dog, bar, breakfast
Not many options for dinner, restaurant only for functions
Good value for money, location is convenient to come by car and is not far from center. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Our room needs some renovation or improvement, for example, the shower doors in our room did not close properly, there were too few electrical sockets in the room, etc.
A good base for Aosta valley car tours. Lovely countryside near by. Nice hotel bar and great local bar and supermarket close by. Not too far from town centre and spectacular mountain and river views on the way. Hotel carpark. Friendly helpful staff. Mini fridge in the room was useful.
No tea and coffee facilities in room. Nice shower but no curtain. The restaurant was closed.
A nice old style hotel, pleasant staff, nice spacious room with balcony and bathroom. Easy parking and easy access to centre of town (though it would be rather far to walk).
