- I had a bad experience, I’ve always gone to Carambola and Ravenala was the second time if not mistaken. I live in Caraiva and Arraial is in the middle of some of my ways. I asked the manager to call me back but untill now no response. The most expensive room available was described as sea view, and actually was pool view. With a backgrounded sea. The king bed was actually a 2 beds with a very thin pillow top. The room didn’t have towels and the bathroom had some smells coming from the drowning. they asked me if ok to use the oscina towels … To complete the nightmare, the receptionist didn't check the payment at the time that I checked in late night around 10pm… they sent me messages asking me to pay at 3:40 am and charged me at morning saying that booking didn't make payments. i opted as always to pay forst on booking…To get things short… I got charged twice. And there wasn't any kind of feedback from Leo the manager that I asked more than twice to get back to me. I didn’t advise anyone to stay here anymore.
