Cheapest in area, close to border

Our room was dirty. We even had a huge fast bug in the room. Floors were not cleaned (not only under the bed, everywhere), many cobwebs, dirty full of hair mattress. Beside that the staff doesnt allow guests to keep their room keys, once You leave the room, You have to leave the key in the reception, right on display when anyone can take it.

Nothing. Terrible service. Dirty rooms with bugs and spiders. Dirty bathroom.

Very dirty, dusty everywhere starts on the floor and finish on courtins. Back door broken couldn’t sleep in case anyone come in

One of the staff was really rude. Every morning that person would go around the hall in hotel and shout around 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM and wake me up. Didn't want to provide 100% service because I don't speak Italian. (What that person said to me)!

Air condition is working very well

Personnel are not friendly at all and hotel is limited in services

location is amazing for Milan. Swiss and lake coming and Lugano! amazing little restaurant as well

Parking was good. Breakfast was OK

No nearby restaurants. Really nothing in the area to walk to. About 15 miles to Como.

It was passable for staying a single night in the region on the way further south, Price was acceptable compared to the alternatives.

Breakfast was poor. Everything looks a bit run-down, the premise could use some renovation.

Manager just grunted at us .seemed like hes not happy doing his job. Made us feel like we were bothering him when we went to check in and then order a coffee

Common hostel.Close to Swiss border with nice pizzeria you can reach within a few minutes by feet.

Staff not able to communicate in English or German, just ItalianNothing fresh for breakfast, no fruit, vegetables..just prepackaged bread and Cookies together with coffee Room with not working AC. No help from staff to solve this. Very very hot at night inside the room

The location was fine, quite near the border with Switzerland and the freeway.

The room was very hot (July) without a working air conditioning. The "kitchinette" was a fridge. When opening the window (because of the heat) we couldn't sleep properly because of the noise of the traffic outside. So we slept quite badly unfortunately.

Perfect place to stop over, we were on the way to Tuscany, Italy. Good value for money. there is a pizzeria and playground close by;

I didn't like nothing about the hotel.

I like nothing, it was a disaster at first. I advise not to lodge in that hotel because the woman managing the hotel always scream ? at guests. It was the worst experience I have ever had in hospitality. I prefer to reserve details of the story.

Bugs in the room and in the bed

The Rezeption staff was Not polite and shouted at The Customers! Roms Was cold ...

Never ever I will make on resevation in this hotel!
