We got exceptional service by the staff particularly : Rohit the manager on the Floor and Sous Chef Yogi ensured our special dietary needs were met. We also got to taste some of the local specialities.

TVs not able to load basic apps like YouTube. WiFi speed can be better.

Although I am a frequent stayer at Radisson hotels, but this time it was awful ?

From starting, Ms Mamta on reception was requested by us to provide us our 3 rooms on same floor. No, it was denied. Then we requested for front face rooms on 3rd floor( always stayed on 3rd floor). Denied. Despite request, she allotted 1 room on inner side. 1 room on same floor but on another corner (on 1st floor). 1 alloted room had no fridge in it. Again called reception for a change. Then they changed it to 2nd floor ( where they said only 1 room is available previously). Room no 204 had a stinking washroom that I almost fainted in that smell of gutter coming from washbasin. Jet shower was dripping, all water flowing in washroom floor. My wife slipped on wet floor but by luck she managed to hold the door bar & escaped injury. Then at checkout, action happened. Me, my wife & daughter took lift from 2nd floor to GF , the lift door closed. It came down to GF & the door didn't open. We pressed emergency button, but no response. Then I remembered that I had a call from Hotel reception to my mobile. I called them frantically bcoz we were in that closed lift from last 5 mts in this hot temperature. Then power went off, system restarted & finally lift door opened. We all were drenched in sweat but the hotel staff was not sincere that they just offer us some water at least. Bad. Very bad attitude this time.

Lot of noise from other rooms till late night- Party types. t disturbed a lot. we complaint also in this regard to the reception

The staff was polite and helpful. The food was reasonably priced, offered a lot of choice, and of superb quality.

There's nothing for kids to do outside of the pool, which again, as overlooking the restuarant, doesn't offer much privacy or options

Building looks good but ambience around the hotel is unexpected. Security staff at the gate is very polite and gentle as he is ready to give a hand since there is no railing to hold on to climb few steps for elderly guests. Reception area is small alley with 4-5 sofas, mostly occupied.. Check in was smooth but nobody offered even a glass of water leave aside any soft drink to us travelling from morning. Also there was no place to sit while doing check in. One feels cheated but can't do anything at this stage. By paying over Rs 12000/- for a overnight stay is fleecing the public with false claims.

I had booked deluxe ac room and given a room in the second floor. Room had musky smell and probably not been aired for a long time. The carpet in the room as well as in the corridor was old wornout and giving very dirty and shabby looks. The bathroom had partial partition between bath area and basin making bathroom slippery and wet throughout. Is it worth staying in such property by paying so much in the garb of Star rating.Food was good and some staff specially Chef Ankur Srivastava impressed with his dedication compared to some others in dining hall.Overall a bad experience beyond expectations from Radisson Gwalior as well as Booking.com Col ( Dr) RK Mukherjee.

The staff coming to serve in room was not tidy as they enter room there was a particular smell in room in hospitality industry these things matter,they should have a in house spa ,most of radisson have,food was not too good in taste biryani i ordered was not good.

It was really clean nice room good breakfast

The wifi was very slow and in the entertainment option on tv were also non existent

Nothing this time it was such a let off. I revisited Radisson gwalior after 5 years. Not recommended at all.

Poor service, the bath did not have soap, towels.. The iron did not work, it took an hour to replace after requesting 5 times. The curtain shower had fungus. The rug in the room was dirty... in the restaurant had to ask for ice from 4 different people, it was served after food was over. It was a total let down.

Clean bed, good bar at the top of the hotel.

No towels in the room, received after multiple reminders, no hair dryer, air conditioning fan doesn't go low, no shower gel refill, hotel in front of the garbage dump view of my room. Towels were old and rough. Not at all 5 star quality. Overall the hotel has a service issue.
