Hotel Balaji

The hotel is good, but it needs a little maintenance. Hotel location perfect the staff are very friendly, the food is excellent, and overall it offers good value for money.

As a traveller Best budget frendly hotel with Best food option available in the hotel as well as staff is co-operative.

Nothing .

Spacious room, looked better then corridors

Private parking was street parking

Nice breakfast served to the room. Friendly staff delivering botteled water every day. English-speaking owner.

Cockroaches in the room. Only cold water available in our room.

Location wise good but otherwise everything not updated. Good breakfast served.

Airconditioner is very noisy and disturbed.

Staff was polite, humble and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary and very good. Bathroom had hot water facility which is a blessing during winters. Everything was good in general.

I did not stay at the hotel but the hotel staff called us an hour before the check in time that the booking was cancelled. We faced a lot of difficulty finding the new hotel and the experience was highly disappointing. Pathetic experience

Lift was not there but room, beds and toilet was clean. Complimentary breakfast was also nice.Staff was very much cooperative. Hospitality nice. Safe for ladies. Paisa vasul.

Nothing else.

Location and affordable prices if you want to book for few days.

Rooms are okay as we found cockroaches and lizard in rooms. ACs are old and dusty. One of person having day shift is bit rude. If you are coming with family then I would prefer not to book as you can find better options.

The staff is kind. I was ill and they tried to help me.

My room had an issue with the curtain. Everytime I was using the fan, the curtain used to be opened so many times the staff used to see me naked haha

Size of the room, good breakfast and helpfull staff

Few members of the staff speak english

Room was good and food was also good.

Cleanliness was less as it should be in room.

It is in a lively area. The hotel was basic but nice enough. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Nothing really wrong with the hotel although it was a bit noisy. It is also quite far from the Fort which is the main attraction. I also could not find many places to eat in the area. I ate at the same small roadside stall all three evenings I was there.

Hotel in market place and near by multistoried paid parking (less than 500 m). Market closes after 10 PM so no outside noise in the room. Hotel staff was very helpful. Perfect for quick stay and leave situation.

Room's bathroom could be clean, else I would recommend this hotel for family as well. Hand sanitizer to be in reception and room as well.

Excellent Location in the market , walkable from Bada and Jai Vilas Palace. Excellent Hospitality of Reception (Agrawal Ji) and theirs Staff , very cooperative and polite. Breakfast was complimentary , very delicious. Taken Lunch and dinner also , very tasty , with good quantity. Room was good in first floor , bigger was available in Second floor only. Car parking is nearby around 200 Meter from property , in Municipality Parking , which was free for me. Mr Ramhith escorted well for parking the car and also while taking back the car during check out.

Since Hotel is in Congested area of Nayapura Bazar , so onsite parking is little bit issue, even though hotel managed very well at nearby public parking ,Secondly It could be better if bigger room could be provided at the same floor.

Fresh Food with high test Room serviceHospitality
