During the 9-day stay, the room was cleaned only twice. The sofa set inside the room was covered in dust, the washroom tap was not working, and the bed mattress was damaged.

Price and location.

Initially room was not there and had to stay in a very remote location of rooms which were clumsy.Next day had to change the rooms. Room keys are not working, no proper space for car parking. No one was there to pickup luggage as well.

The rooms were very cozy, with beautiful beds and cushions. The bathrooms were spotless, with plenty of towels and hot water.

The hotel’s location was lovely and safe, and all the staff members were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel staff was excellent. When we went to celebrate a friend’s birthday in a large group, they arranged everything for us perfectly.

Housekeeping came daily to clean, change the towels, and make the bed. The room always felt fresh and neat.

We had reserved three rooms, and each one was comfortable. The bedding was excellent, and we had a wonderful visit.

They simply refused our check in

They canceled the booking without any information

I have not like anything about property.. As property owner not accepting our booking even we have pain money in 1 Month advanced.. They are very rude and fraudster people who make fraud with other people.. we have coming from 1000 km with family believe that booking.com has given us confirmation but they reject booking.com confirmation booking by saying we don’t have any booking from this site when clearly we have confirmation no. Nd even booking.com customer told them but they don’t listen to them also.. we have go through mental disturbance due to this because our 2 year kid my wife waiting outside for 2 hr and they dint offer any thing.. worst possible hotel for booking.. I request booking.com to remove this hotel from their site as they are fraudster.
