This is the worst hotel ever. We thought its a decent hotel after looking at images, but : 1) location is bad2) hotel is very old and doesnt have lift. You’ll start feeling bad as soon as you enter hotel3) AC was not working4) People at reception and helpers are very careless. Firstly they took too long to register and handover keys. Then after telling them about a facility at the room, workers laughed and said, its same in all the rooms and they are already aware about it. 5) Room was not cleaned properly 6) There is no privacy since they have a transparent glass at top of the door Kindly do not book this hotel at any cost

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly disappointing experience. The room was nothing like the pictures online—definitely like a hostel instead of the so called hotel. The carpet was stained, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in decades. The bathroom was even worse: the shower barely worked, and there was no lock for the door. The noise from outside was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was not available even though they mentioned it in their available facilities, and the air conditioning wasn't even working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, scamming in the face. Far from the relaxing experience I was hoping for!

In short whole journey while check in staying and check out breakfast staff everything was super easy and good staff
