They had exceptional customer service and wonderful breakfast!

The room is top in terms of comfortability, location and cleanliness. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast is good.

The parking is too small. They gave us a parking thats hard to park even though there‘s a parking area space that is way better easier to park and empty.In the room we can hear the noise from outside. When somebody is talking or walking. The mini bar have only water. Maybe ots better when there‘s also a coke or finger food.

Everything! The view! The location! The service! The bed! The shower!

Absolutely gorgeous location, nice variety at breakfast, views of the lake and fountains, great water pressure, got upgraded for free, so convenient right across from the ferry stop.

Milk at breakfast was almost always sour, no free parking options, bed very hard, plenty of spiders and webs on the balcony

It was fantastic. Such a beautiful old house with such amazing looking Style inside. On point. We were so happy. Lake Lago Maggiore 10 Meters away! You dont find that Style in Germany! Italian way of live. That was reason to go to italy again. To the left of Hotel some nice Restaurants. Little balkoni. So nice to drink Glas of wine..We will come back !Heiner Kuhlmann

This is a nice hotel in a good location, with a certain Wes-Anderson-Feel to it. The view from the fourth floor corner bedroom is absolutely fantastic and makes up for the slightly suboptimal heating options (this was only a problem, because it was very cold and windy weather).

The breakfast is very good, there is a wide variety of cold cuts, cheese, bread, sweeties, corn flakes, etc. The room was big enough and well equipped. The location is very nice, the hotel is right at the lake, it is very pleasent to walk or have a coffee while watching the swans and ducks.

In a hystoric building, with view on the lake Maggiore for our deluxe room, close to the center, a 5 minutes walk. Big parking right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star. Beds very confortable. A nice bar restaurant. The greatest choice for Verbania. We would come back with pleasure. 10

The hotel is in a fabulous location, overlooking Lake Maggiore. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony which maximises the view. The bed was top quality, with cotton sheets; the bathroom provided everything you could need; and the breakfasts were superb, with everything from muesli, fresh fruit and yoghurt to more standard cooked. As you'd expect, the coffee was freshly brewed from bean to cup. Couldn't fault the staff either who were really helpful.

Window was a bit high in attic room but fine for 1 night stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of Pallanza with excellent views of Lake Maggiore

- The sink in our bathroom did not work - The dirty cups for coffee in the restaurant for breakfast- No luggage room in the hotel

Good location & nice breakfast

Room was very tired / dated for a superior room facilities were very poor. No Aircon the staff informed us their Aircon is switched off beginning of September. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night. Mattress very hard and lumpy pillows. Very disappointed in this hotel. Tea facilities in room were very odd cardboard cups provided ,no milk or spoons ? Staff were also not the most helpful and most struggled to communicate.

That it won't just be negative. The hotel looks nice from the outside.Near Lake Maggiore.

In my case they misled me with wrong pictures when booking the room. In the pictures, a luxury room with a discount, in reality a completely ordinary and dilapidated room with a view of the wall, one ether away from the window. Rented room because of the view of the lake. He misled the staff with information, he didn't want to comply with the request, even though he should have.Dilapidated building in need of renovation or a new owner. I travel a lot and can compare experiences. This was the first bad one. Sorry
