It¿s salivation right on the lake with a nice view for breakfast!

Pillows were very firm and wished they had a mix of style. Otherwise it was all great value.

The best location in Verbania. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Vey friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Parking was challenging. We first walked to the parking lot before we parked the car. Verbania is one of the most difficult European towns to drive for travellers. Many roads are one way roads.

We were on the 5th floor. There were times we had no water pressure or water.

Excellent location. Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. We checked in very late so we got the room at the top floor (5th) with a direct view to the lake. Location is great. Breakfast was good. We liked it.

The wall between the room are thin so you can hear the next door guest snoring at night. :-)

Perfect location for a short or extended stay on Lago Maggiore. On the lake across from the ferry terminal to the Borromeo islands and other lake towns. A few steps from the main piazza and good restaurants. Historical building, spacious rooms most of them with a view of the lake, professional courteous staff and parking. Good breakfast.

The size of the room and that I had booked a balcony and instead had just a foot sized step outside the window. Nothing in the minibar but water.

Hot dishes tired and unreplenished No food available in the hotel after breakfast, though an independant bar next door was very useful ( ten percent reduction for hotel residents )

Nice location at the lake. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Payed secured car parking available at the hotel. Reservation is needed.

AC was not cooling properly and was noisy.Elevator shaft needs to be cleaned properly. You can see the dark dust flocks through the glass elevator shaft.

Location is great, lake view. Old rooms with high ceiling.

Average breakfast. Rooms have no sound proof, you'll be hearing every word from your neighbors, even whisper. Private garage is not for every car. Outside parking is 7 minutes walking, on the other part of the lake front.

This is a decent hotel at a great location. Breakfast is satisfactory and staff are helpful.

The four stars and a rating of 8.3 on Booking.com are not really justified in our view. Our room was basic and mostly clean. Some elements, like a cupboard and water cooker plug were run down. The bed's mattress was sagging, which staff remedied by turning it over. That helped a bit.

Nice comfortable hotel with pleasant reception and free parking nearby.
