Hotel de Charme Laveno - Luxury all Inclusive

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. They were very attentive and the dining room staff went out of their way to ensure we had every food, drink and comfort we could hope for. The inclusive bar and wine at dinner were the cherry on the top of the divine menu and experience. I love to give 5-star ratings when deserving, and this hotel takes them all. Looking forward to our next stay there

I had a fantastic stay here! The attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions, making me feel truly cared for. The massages are a must—by the end of my stay, I felt deeply relaxed and in high spirits. Highly recommend for the exceptional service and rejuvenating experience!

The restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly.

The rooms were too warm and there was little way of moderating the temperature without opening the windows.

Superb location, excellent suite of 55sqm with magnificent views from 2 sides of the corner room (202). Half board was excellent and wait staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. Great location to explore Lago Maggiore.

A Beautiful hotel in quiet surroundings, the staff were all amazing and had a great knowledge of English. The facilities were top-notch notch and the breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say, everything was so good.The fact they included dinner and wine in the price was such a bonus.

Beautiful hotel with modern spa facilities, great views, lovely gardens and friendly staff. Rooms are modern, tasteful and a comfortable size.

Spa robes a little bit small, minor detail is the light for the AC is bright at night - This is nitpicking, it’s an excellent hotel.

Everything - the staff were amazing, catering to my GF needs, food was great, location was stunning, value was amazing with half board - which included afternoon tea.

We stayed half board, so we had breakfast, tea and Dinner included. I thought that the dinner was exceptional for an all inclusive meal. Appetisers, salad and cheese were buffet style and then a small primi and secondi were chosen of a small menu, with a desert served afterwards. The wine that you could help yourself to was also lovely.The staff at the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful.Gorgeous swimming pool, with amazing view. Spare towels up there would be great.The family room was really modern and lovely, but just had a few little design issues.

Our fridge in our room didn't work and, although I was told by reception that it would be fixed in a couple of days, it wasn't. There wasn't an iron available when i asked at reception, in the evening. The hairdryer hadn't been attached to the bathroom wall, even though the design needed it to be, and so it made drying your hair really difficult! The bathroom flooded each time you had a shower. There needs to be some kind of lighting for the stairs that go up to the top floor so that people can see where they are walking if they need the loo in the middle of the night, without having to turn the main bright light on.

Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect: near ferry, and the funicular. Its great to spend more time and have time for the pool relaxing and also to visit funicular. The breakfast was good. Staff is really helpful and friendly.There is elevator, car parking and everything needed to have great time in the hotel.Clear and comfortable rooms.

The half bord was not really good.The wine list could be better.

aircon could not be adjusted and room was very warm if windows kept shut ( which we did due to mosquitoes)I requested an extra pillow which was not forthcoming.

Straight on the lake, new, cozy, comfortable, nice rooms, perfect shower, comfy beds. Staff was excelent and helpful. Great dinner and breafast included in the room price.

A simply excellent hotel in a stunning location. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were relaxed and every need was catered for . We had treated ourselves to the Garden Suite for a special birthday and were totally blown away by the stunning views and understated stylish but luxurious design. We had gone half board for breakfast and dinner. They were both incredible, with fresh local produce

Everyone at the hotel was charming, helpful and receptive to our needs and wishes. Our room (a lake-view suite) was magnificent. It was modern, spacious, beautifully appointed and had all the mod cons we could need. We were on a half-board basis and the food was delicious and soft and alcoholic drinks were included. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily return
