Intra Hotel

I loved the proximity to all city life activities. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming! I had a family of five and we felt safe and comfortable. My family stated this location was the best sites of the country.

Location is amazing, close to everything, and a great view to the lake

the water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough. The mattress was too hard.

The room was nice and came with a balcony. Location was great. The staff working at the hotel were very kind and friendly!

Slightly worn out - the shower drain cut my son's knee as it came out of place.. nothing dramatic though.

Hard beds, very noisy first night (party nearby), second night was very quiet though! I hoped the kids room was separate (but that was my bad, I havent realized it). The parking is ~500m away from the hotel (no additional cost) but still I assumed it would be right at the hotel.

Historic business owned by the same family for 5 generations. They were very kind to us and our room had wonderful lake views

Best location. In walking distance to Restaurants and shopping center.

The mattress was too soft for me.

Excellent breakfast. Good location and views. Staff upgraded our room without us asking which was lovely and ended up with balcony and view over the lake. Parking for motorbikes. Extra toiletries, nice touch. Staff very friendly

Previous occupants underwear was found on back of bathroom door. Unfortunately no hot drink facilities in room, although water and fridge was provided. No air con so would have been very hot on warm day as unable to open windows with busy road outside and bar open until very late!! Wifi very poor in room 403

Location is very good and outside parking is available for motorcycles. Room good and breakfast good. Comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful.

Very noisy both in and around the hotel but it was a Saturday night in Italy.

The location is very good ,close to everything you need ..it's better to be there with carBut even without is goodThe people in the desk are nice.at the breakfast you have different kind of protein, bakery and fruits , they have juice and prosecco as well !

If you come alone , you will not have the room with a view lake.But that not a big issue cause you have it outside near I didn't like that in the dining room the put you far from the view lake only bc you are alone. Even if the dinning room is not full

Big room, very friendly staff, everything was very easygoing. Perfectly located in Intra for some shopping and enjoying the good food.

Good location next to lake, friendly staff, many cafes and restaurants nearby. Secure parking area is within walking distance from the hotel.

We liked everything! Location, area, atmosphere, breakfast. But the main advantage is the stuff! Thank you for your welcome, hospitality, professional approach, and kindness. They gave us better rooms, place for parking near the hotel, explanation. I travel a lot, so I can compare. One of the best or maybe the best stuff I have ever met! Thank you very very! Hope to be back.

Too short stay. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, modern bathrooms. Nice staff & secure parking was a bonus
