Perfect location by the lake with amazing views from the balcony. The town of Cerro is perfectly walkable from this spot and livelier than most of the crowded touristy places around the lake. Very attentive staff and super accommodating kitchen who prepared a vegan breakfast for me.

Shower was very Italian - took really long to get warm and had very little pressure. However, that's the case for most of the country.

Room was lovely, immaculate, spacious, nice balcony, lovely staff (Matteo and the chef were amazing). Our breakfast and dinner were lovely, the nearby beach was very nice.

Very complicated to go to nearby towns without a car and taxis are very few and very expensive. I need zircon: it was ok this time because it wasn't so hot but could not stay here if it was hotter.

Beautiful and cozy place with a good restaurant that serves delicious food. The area is amazing. Such a beautiful view with the lake and huge mountains in the back. We were here just to stop in between travels, but surely would like to come back for a longer stay.

Room did not have climate control, our stay was during a heat wave, there was no relief. The weather is out of the proprietors control, recommend if weather is comfortable. Room is quite small.

An amazing little hotel with awesome views. We booked two rooms - one at the front and one at the back. Definitely pay a little more for the lake views. Dinner was wonderful and breakfast was amazing.

It is very clear that there is no cooling in the rooms besides the fans. This was OK because of the breeze that comes in off the lake. The back room had less ariflow but was OK.

The only thing that was a little problematic was the lack of airconditioning (which we knew about) or a ceiling fan.

Quite isolated Cerro just to quiet

One of the best stay we ever had in Italy, with just stunning views, delicious local food and great localization, close to.. just everywhere! A warm and welcoming atmosphere and all thanks to Mateo! Thanks to whom this stay was even better that expected! Mateo - like already said - see you soon!

The view onto the lake both from the restaurant and from the bigger rooms of the villa is beautiful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, immersed in the village life and away from tourist areas. The rooms are newly renovated.

The rooms are not sufficiently insulated from the downstairs hallway / main entrance / restaurant and noise can go on until quite late depending on (external) guests downstairs departure time. There is no reception outside hours as normal for a small business and it’s obviously hard to complain, as outside the owner’s control, but also hard on us too. The room has no fridge nor a tv, which we did find rather inconvenient, be it for basic need to cool down water. The bathrooms are too small to the point of uncomfortable. The rooms are on the second floor and the property has no elevator, so would no recommend it for people with mobility impairments. Breakfast was restricted to what was brought to the table by default (which becomes somewhat challenging to deal with after a longer stay), which also meant that dietary restrictions (a diabetic and a vegetarian) had to be dealt with by bringing our own food / alternative plans / oddly shifting portions around.
