Clean rooms large enough to hold everything we were traveling with. Great staff who were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was superb!Would stay here again if we were traveling in the area.

Closer in to town so some noise from the traffic.

The location is strategic for driving around Domodossola, although it is quite unfriendly for walking. The breakfast was ok, the room was spacious, everything was clean and the staff was really great.

The bed felt quite old and consisted of two single beds joined together, which was not great. The room could use some renovating. There were not many convenient ways to hang the towels.

The Staff were exceptional soon as we stepped in the door. The evening meal was beautiful good service. You got the feeling they wanted to be there working. Room was clean etc

We were passing by and look for accommodation just to spend the night.The staff is really nice and helpful, room and bathroom is and they offer great breakfast.This was really nice start of our journey.

Very clean & well staffed front office. It is located a bit away from the center of town but still walkable if u don’t mind busy Highway-type streets.

Everything was fine by general hotel standards.

The location, the friendly staff. It was the only hotel left with airconditioning for the period we needed acccommodation.

This hotel has been around for some time and it shows. But who cares. If you need a place to sleep and a good breakfast this hotel will meet your expectations. Enough bang for your buck.

Lovely hotel a short distance from the centre. Very warm and comfortable room as it was early November when I stayed and the heating was welcome as the first snows of winter fell overnight.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh and very large buffet. Good service. Highlight is the lobby area at the side; it's a recreation room with mountain views and huge comfy sofas in a light, quiet space.

Needs a shuttle bus to the town centre.

Good breakfast. Limited evening menu- but we were able to walk into the centre in about 15 minutes to find a restaurant

Travelling from the station involved walking on a busy road with no pavement. If we had a arrived by car, it would have been a much better experience.
