Very kind and helpful staff, the room was spacious and clean. I managed to check in smoothly even though it was late in the night.

The host was very welcoming and made us a lovely small breakfast in the morning. He had good recommendations for stores and restaurants. It was nice to have a person available to talk to- that is not common these days.

The rooms are comfortable but not fancy.

There isn't the lift. The bathroom is very small.

I liked the view. The bed was comfy. The breakfast room was pleasant. Easy to walk into town.

Traffic noise, but there was double glazing available. No staff in the hotel overnight but a phone number available. Didn't seem to be a lift available . Quite a slow walk up from the railway station with luggage due to traffic and uneven surfaces. I had a wheeled suitcase.

The hotel was very homely and the owner was really lovely and helpful. Location is good and just a short 15 minute walk to the lovely Old Town. Breakfast was good, bed very comfortable. Free parking .A really good place for an overnight stay. Good value for money.

Room was clean and had air conditioning that is a very rare comfort in Italy so I was really pleasantly surprised, bathroom was a bit dated but shower was nice with good water pressure, all in all it was a comfortable staying and the stuff was very friendly

One of the few hotels in Domodossola that has onsite parking which was a positive for us. Also genuinely dog friendly. Clean, airconditioned room and quiet at night.

The hotel felt a bit "tired". I would not have said it was obvious that it had been "recently renovated" as in the description on the Booking.com website.

Good hotel on the road into Domodossola - fifteen minute's walk max into the centre of the town. Simple but pleasant. We really appreciated the adjoining room for our teenage son - he loved having some space of his own. Bikes kept securely in the lobby (we locked them).
