Staff is good, hotel is at door step of bergamo train station. Hotel is neat and clean.

When I called the hotel, the staff was extremely rude over the phone and hung up in my face. My only question was if I was able to make an early check in. Not sure what the reason for being rude is.

There was not a WiFi login in the room . My phone logged into a “ evil twin “ wifi and I have been having trouble ever since witu fraud

The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. It seems the shower drain had issues, as the water would pool and flow toward the center of the bathroom.The toilet seat was also leaking, and you could hear water dripping into the tank throughout the night.Because the room was very close to the street, we could hear passing cars as if they were right next to the bed. In addition, the heating system made loud noises while running, which made it very difficult to sleep.

Everything was good, warm water, good bed. Everything was clean. Really good spot. Next to the bus station

I had to leave early in the morning to catch my flight and told them this while checking in. When it was time to check out around 6 am the person behind the desk didn't wanna open the door and at first we didn't understand why. Apparently we had to pay city tax and i would have preferred if he told us right away or i would have liked to pay while check in. This cost me value time, because we almost missed the bus to the airport.

We had a two-person blanket for our double bed. I believe two single blankets are preferable. We received on request. We did not use the breakfast

The hotel itself is great, staff are great and helpful. The hotel is located 20 meters from the train station, which provides fast connection to the railways.

The area around the hotel is a bit catchy, especially behind it. A lot if immigrants gathering together, loud music. There is police and army units allocated on the square but general outside the hotel doesnt feel safe at night.

Some questionable characters loiter around the area and the walk back from the parking lot runs fairly adjacent to the frivolities that go on.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Central Station and the bus stop of the bus which is going to the airport. Room was very clean, wifi is perfect and the hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Well located,The breakfast is below other Best Westerns in Italy, but it is good.

The building is in need of renovation. The room triggered my allergic rhinitis. It could use an automatic coffee machine.

Very convenient location, just a stone's throw from the train station. The room was clean and looked fairly new.

The double-bed room was small. It barely has space for two open suitcases. There was only one chair.
