Comfortable and close to historic sites with pleasant staff.

The bathroom specifically the shower room was extremely small.

The shower, besides being quite small, leaked water outside, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. In addition, although I had requested two separate beds, I was given a double bed instead, despite they had the staff there

The staff in the desk were very friendly. And gave us the room few hours before the written hours. For free of charge. Thats helps us a lot After night flight.

The breakfast was very very very basic.

easy to get there, the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, the stuff was polity and accommodating.

the AC was noisy, we could also hear the water pipes, noises coming from the cars and the airplanes (from BGY).

Every time I sat on the edge of the bed it flipped up. Shower was tiny. Very outdated.

The hotel was extremely convenient to the Orio Bus stop and a short drive to the airport. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We were surprised to find little slippers.

It was not in a particularly beautiful or historic part of town, but that was the trade-off for the convenience of being close to travel.

Extremely helpful, friendly and responsive staff. Exceptionally clean property..short (15 Min) walk to train and bus station and commercial area. You can even walk to Città Alta ..or take a bus down the street .. close to airport; 10-15 walk fromhotel is airport bus stop..much, much cheaper than the 25 Euros for taxi ! Hotel room was super comfortable with wonderful views of mountains.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to check in at 10:30 am. There are lots of leaflets about the city and bus connections at the reception. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large wardrobe, lamps, a minibar for a fee, a TV and a large mirror. The bathroom had towels, shower cosmetics and a hairdryer. The hotel offers breakfast, which we did not use due to an early morning departure. The hotel is located near the airport, so noise is to be expected. We were satisfied with our stay.

We were staying in two connected rooms. The hotel is not new but it is clean and rooms are spacious for two people. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Bus connections are not that great for this hotel and you need to walk for 10minutes (to get to the bus station for airport)

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desk space, a minibar fridge, a tv, wardrobe space, and an en-suite shower room. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and the food was tasty. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and close to bus routes in to the city centre and Bergamo old town.

The hotel listing on Booking.com claims that there is air conditioning, but there isn’t any AC. There is a heating control in the room, but even set to the lowest temperature it was useless. When we asked about it, the hotel staff said that no hotel in Bergamo has air conditioning for environmental reasons! As a result, it was so hot in the room that neither of us slept especially well and we actually slept on top of the covers most nights. Leaving the window cracked open wasn’t an option since the hotel is so close to the airport the noise from flights would have kept us awake.The hotel restaurant has very poor acoustics - it’s a tiled floor with no soft furnishings anywhere to dampen the noise, so it wasn’t a particularly enjoyable dining experience.There was no kettle in the room which we would have liked to make tea or coffee.
