Modern hotel at great location. Breakfast was wonderful.

Parking is a bit inconvenient with very few spaces. $15 euros per day. Carpet in rooms can be cleaner and bathroom had some wine spots on wall behind the door. Overall good but not cheap.

The location was ok, walked up to the funicular , after we were told at the reception that we wouldn’t find parking if we drove by car. When we got there we found out that there was plenty of parking space . .

The air conditioning did not work , the room was overheated, when we tried to open the window , it opened partly , only noise from the street came in .

Fully renovated in exterior, lobby and rooms. Breakfast quality meets the standard. Also, close to train station.

The gym is small and needs to be reserved in advance. The floor corridors and parts of rooms fully reflect the old ages of the building.

The location was fantastic- right across from the lake and from the ferry port.Restaurants were everywhere and it was a fab hotel.The staff were so helpful and pleasant.Lake view rooms a bit more expensive but so worth it for the view.

The room was great. The shower was huge and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. We got a room with a big balcony with an amazing view to the old city. The hotel's location is very comfortable, near the train station and not far from the airport.

The breakfast was fine but I felt it was a bit lacking.

Location is central to Bergamo centre, good for restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast was provided with plenty of choice and selections. The room was very comfortable, a good size and clean. Air con worked well.

There was nothing I didn't like.

For the price, very poor breakfast: Not a lot of fresh fruit; not many vegetarian savoury options; nothing vegan except for aubergine and courgettes (odd choice of veg); the coffee was really bad, terrible, we needed to go outside to get one, no soy options either; not good enough irish/english breakfast either. For the price, poor room: the toilet was not flushed when we got in, the position of the tv was very odd, half way through the room; no complementary slippers (for the same price, I definetely had better stays even in milan city centre); no free water in the room (again, for the price, they usually provide you with at least one);

The hotel gave us an upgrade on the room when they learnt that we had cancelled a booking in October 2024 at the last minute (my partner had to attend our local hospital A&E on the morning of the flight) resulting in us not proceeding with the trip, thus losing all our money for accomodation and flights. Andrea on reception was excellent

Access to the hotel was below ground level and our room was near the service entrance resulting in noise from 7am in the morning

Location and price wise more convenient than sleeping close to the airport at the same brad hotel and having to take a taxi to get to /from the airport. It's literally 6minutes walk from the train station (there you can save another little bit by traveling by train from Milan central) and less than 5 mins from the public bus airport (the first one in the morning allows you to be there at 4.50am). I got an upgraded room, with huge bath tub and all comfort.

It's not a small family business so don't expect a personal trait. But the staff is super nice and helpfulUnfortunately I couldn't try the breakfast but it was priced more than 20 €. Prices seem crazy to me. Anyway I'd rather save on dinner and transportation than on the place that I stay for the night, especially if I need rest and I have little hours for myself before the flight. I want to make the best out of it

The tea & sweats at reception were very convenient . The location near the train station was as great for day trips.

Overall quite nice hotel. Little bit old, but well maintained. Just 5 minutes walk from the bus stop to the airport or to the train station. 5 min walk from Porta Nuova. In a quiet area. A good choice for breakfast. Only complain I have are beds. Honestly terrible. Very narrow, stringy and bouncy, like on the trampoline.

Nice and helpful staff, good location, delicious breakfast, and small but nice gym that should be booked in advance.

The hotel is pretty old so there are some renovations that could improve a lot, specially the rooms. But is still comfortable and a good hotel.

The hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good and complete. It is easy to find restaurants and shops nearby, as the hotel is in the city center.

I have nothing negative to point out.
