- Everything was great, maybe if I need to mention something, the area for breakfast is a bit small but this may encourage to sit with others and introduce yourself.

The only reason I booked that room is the SPA facilites thay have, as my wife had a birthday. That was supposed to be a small present to her.
The SPA facility was not awailable, closed on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure as well. With no explanation, and no alternative.
Nice and cozy room, however, some things (like curtains) need to be fixed. Very polite and kind staff.Great breakfast.
View from the windows (4th floor) wasn’t nice.
Location is good.
I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars. On a good day, it would barely deserve 2. If you need a hotel in Bergamo, don’t choose this one.The breakfast is a joke: the food is terrible, and the coffee… you can’t even call it coffee — it’s just colored water.
Location, room size, clean and well maintained, friendly staff. One block from the railway station, close to other transportation and sightseeing.
Pair of slippers in the room would have been great. A bathrobe too.
Location was fab. Room was clean.
Staff not really friendly. Breckfast wasn’t the best. Dirty plates also. Bathroom was a good size but the shower in need of a good scrub.
Amazing house with a great view
The location is not great if you plan to leave a lot and have no car. It is on a road that is dangerous to walk on and about 40 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio.
Location is very good. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. Strong WiFi
Location to the train station was fantastic. A short walk to the cable car to visit old town. Good value for money. They allowed us to store our bags because we arrived at the property early.
Very close to the train station, comfortable mattrasses and pillows
1. Our room was on the side of the courtyard, and during both nights of our stay, there were people talking in that courtyard for a few hours, and due to écho effect, it was very loud; 2. Very limited breakfast options, plus a very stressed lady who is in charge of making every guest arriving to the breakfast to sign a paper in order to pay it at the check out; 3. Breakfast space is small, and many people were wondering around trying to find a place at some table
Location is excellent near the old town and lots of restaurants and pub around
the lobby and the breakfast area is very hot. we some some flies in the cheese container. breakfast was not good.
Beautiful modern big room and bathroom, clean, nice big LCD screen. Excellent breakfast with everything one needs. Friendly staff always willing to help. It also has a great position - 14 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the Funicular to Citta Alta, near Bergamo train and bus station, plenty of restaurants right there.
The location is great, right in the centre of the new town, near the train station and airport, and only a 30 minute walk from the old town. The rooms are very smart, modern and clean and the staff are nice.
The breakfast was ok but it seemed that some hot things had ran out when we went down at 9 an hour before breakfast finished. When we were there, the radiators were stuck on full heat. We were not informed of this before our arrival and were only told once we went to reception to say the room was too hot. It stayed at 28 degrees all night with the aircon on as we could not open the window due to the busy, loud street outside.Would stay again provided this was fixed.
Ideal location. Five minutes walk from station, from airport bus, and from city centre. Nice big room. Friendly staff. I used the gym which had brand new equipment and was quiet.
Nothing really. It was a bit hot because I don’t think the air con was turned on yet. But I could open my window.
