The AC was not working in our room

Brand new. Very comfortable, clean and high tech. A welcome oasis from the scorching August sun of Italy.

The operation of the light switches and air conditioning is very inconvenient and not intuitive. In practice, I wasn’t able to adjust the room’s air conditioning temperature or even understand how to do it. My colleagues in other rooms couldn’t manage it either.

Great breakfast, nice room but not a lot of dining options close by. We were tourists and interested in the old town area which was a bit too far away to walk so uber and public transport was necessary.

It was wonderful! Very nice hotel, the staff verry helpful and polite. The rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of of options and the restaurant on the top floor has a great view on the High Town.

The restaurant could have a little more dishes to chose from but not a big deal.

Staffing are excellent and very helpful. They even help us to reserve a restaurant in downtown .Room service and Breakfast are very good. New hotel with all facilities . Very comfortable stay

Too smart hotel ?Found some difficult to adjust AC and lighting. But was managed by the staff.

The breakfast was wonderful. The entire staff was fantastic. The bar service was exceptional . The rooftop restaurant was great and loved the service and food.

The gym is poorly equipped and very small. The signage for the entrance and the parking was poor.

New building with excellent rooms and a cozy, pleasant balcony

It was a bit far from the old city and the main activities

- The rooms are big and clean compared to other hotels in the same area. Very comfortable rooms.- Hotel staffs were good - New hotel

- The AC control was centralized and restricted to 24 degC. This made room temperature unpleasant for us. - On the last night AC leaked water in top my luggage , the stuff changed the room however there were no compensation.

Nice hotel, new and Good location

Too strict for late check out unless you PAY 10 euros for one hour. The make up of the room was very late.

The whole thing was perfect they made a nice surprise for me because of my birthday even I book it one night before I arrive the room was clean and big the bed was extremely comfortable

Workers are nice and helpful, the hotel is new, rooms are clean.

20 euros for breakfast is high for that selection of food, you won’t have anything as a robe or even any cheap slippers in the room. It’s a new hotel , restaurant selection of food and wine is not bad , but you will get a knife that won’t cut you food , not a good performance of food and price , if you have a choice go to eat somewhere else . Location is not good that’s for sure , you won’t have ATM near or anything near actually so if you have a possibility to choose smt else , choose smt else . Don’t choose a room on the first floor at night it will be noisy , you will crowd passing near the window so you won’t get a rest

Missing a Pool will be making this hotel perfect

Breakfast was nice with varieties of yogurt, bread and other food. Giulia at the reception was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the city, transportation.

New hotel, everything is new

The bed is extremely hard, the location is a bit to the side, rooftop charges USD12 for a beer, no food available so we ordered pizza via glovo.

Nice room, very new and clean. The staff was very gentle and professional. Nice breakfast, above usual standards for food and service, but not worth 22 Euros

when we booked we asked for a king bed, but once at the hotel only twin beds were available. Knowing it, we would have gone somewhere else, probably. The room was quite warm, even with the aircon on. I've opened the window to have some fresh air entering the room. Unfortunately there were some works in front of my window starting at 7am. The place was ideally located for our needs, this time, but a bit detached from the centre

The design of the room, very comfortable, the shower, breakfast, the terrace. We were there in transit, for one night and it was perfect for our stay.

We arrived late and it would have been nice if we had more mini bar products.

Modern and stylish hotel, spacy room with the focus on details, super breakfast, supportive and profesional staff
