    • Very comfortable room, good value for money spent! It was easy contact by phone regarding additional information, lady helped us and give all information
    • I think Bergamo is a place most tourists visit in transition to another destination. Hotels around the airport are extremely expensive and so I understand the option for a budget hotel for one night. You get what you pay for. I agree with the comments here, that the Post Hotel is very rundown. It is more realistic to call the "bathroom" a wet room. It dried surprisingly very quickly though, and there was always hot water. The landlady, Margarite , is very kind and speaks French and English well. There is a supermarket a stone's throw away and the hotel is easily accessible by public transport. The profile on booking.com boasts airport transfer, but this is misleading and should be scrapped.
    • The host was wonderful, we were late in the evening on arrival and she was so lovely. she even gave us little Easter treats as we left. It’s easy to get to and just like an apartment building. It’s was perfect for our one night stay! The balcony was a massive bonus. The only downside was that the shower drainage failed so we had a bit of a flood, but the owner was not phased by this! Super easy, close to airport stay. Would definitely return

    Cons -

    • Nothing! It is not so close to the city center, but close to the airport and big supermarket:)
    • Some of the towels and bedding were threadbare.
    • The heater was not working at night which was really cold

Super affordable room (compared to others in the same area) situated right next to the airport, 5 minute via taxi. The owner is super responsive, when you get there you give her a call and she shows up to show you the room. She also helps you book a taxi from the hotel to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, hot water, soap and towels provided. I'll definitely go again when I need to sleep near the airport.

It’s nice and cozy. The owner is really nice and quite helpful.

The pillow was not comfortable at all. Since the property is just by the main road it gets quite noisy.

I liked the owner, a beautiful lady, ready to help and friendly

The hotel wasn't in good conditions. Carpet was dirty, bathroom wasn't new but clean. Linen were clean but very old. The room was too hot. There was not any fan. We had to keep the door open to get some air flow

    Close ti Orio airportParking available

Old structure with no reception, no AC, you can contact the host only by phone. Untidy and extremely basic furniture.

Good location, comfortable bed, smooth communication with the landlady, she even gave us a gift :)

    No hot water

I recommend this place wholeheartedly. The owner welcomed us very kindly. Easy access to the centre, close to shops. We got a parting gift but we couldn't take it because we didn't have room in our luggage and we are sorry for that. We hope that you were not sorry.

The older lady that owns the property is extremely nice

The roadside of the property looks untidy with some graffiti, but it's very deciving as to what to expect

This hotel is ran by a sweet Italian woman, it is located right next to a supermarket and #8 bus line. You can take the bus to the downtown or you can walk, about 20 min walk. The hotel is in an older building and the bathrooms are from probably 1970's, mine was yellow/orange. The carpet was stained but the room was very clean and good size, wifi was strong with a big comfortable bed and two size tables and lamps which is my pet peeve. The shower does not have any shower curtain but the pressure was strong and water was hot. My room was made every single day and I was very happy with my choice.Free parking on the property. This is the best hotel deal in Bergamo, you will not find a better nightly rate.

wonderful and hospitable hostess. The room is clean. Ideal for 1-2 nights

    6DanieliusPosted on: 5-19-2024

Host is a lovely old lady. Beds were comfy enough. Cheap, and ok for one night sleep.

Noisy streer, shower without a curtain. A bit dusty. Needs some renovation. But overall it's ok for the money.,

    10JustinaPosted on: 5-18-2024

The hotel is not new, but very clean. We were a group of 11 people, the lady meet us late in the evening and was very nice and helpful. Cosy place for a short stay!

    6AmandaPosted on: 5-15-2024

Good location. Train station and buses all walkable distances. Lady owner went above and beyond. Very clean

Looks derelict from outside could do with a spruce up

    7ManeaPosted on: 4-2-2024

Everything was clean, the old lady was always answering the phone and was nice. The beds are comfortable.

It was pretty cold, the heating was on only during the night, for a few hours. It was a bit loud, but it is specified that it is near a busy street. There wasn't any sheets for the blankets and that was odd.

Big and clean rooms. The place is managed by a very nice and helpful old lady. Good choice for overnight sleep close to the BGY airport
