great place to stay in Bergamo. ample parking and very clean.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The furniture and overall ambiance are beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering great comfort. Excellent facilities and plenty of convenient parking available. Highly recommended!

However, €22 for breakfast feels a bit too expensive, and the EV charging rate of €0.97 per kWh is the highest I’ve seen. While I understand it’s a convenient service, a more reasonable rate would make the stay even better.

Near by the airport which was a plus as I was staying for only one night. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Service was nice overall. i didn't try the buffet, however they had a caffe/bar place you can sit and chill there which was nice.

I would say I had to rent a car to move around as it was near the airport, it was a bit far from the city. Not an issue honestly. Nothing to complain about maybe just the wifi it took me a while to know how to connect to it haha.

Breakfast was very good and there was cold and hot food. The location was uncomfortable as the trains are not working to that place but buses are ok and stops very the hotel. The spa was great.

Small rooms, all the extras are embarrasing, for example extra cost for omlet in the breakfast, parking or water..

Location is practical for guests with car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room of decent size and with all the fancy modern controls. The breakfast buffet was good.

Just a little far from city but many bus are there, we were not lucky the train was under maintenance

Not being able to use the gym and spa as well as how little the first member of staff cared about this when I checked in.The main reason I booked this hotel was because it has a a nice gym and spa- which is included in the price of the room and to be booked when you arrive. I was arriving late at night on the Tuesday and leaving very early Thursday morning so planned on using the gym and spa during the morning/ day on the Wednesday as it’s the only time I could.I messaged the hotel on booking.com before I stayed to double check I can book the spa once I arrive and they said yes that’s fine- I checked on booking.com and it said the spa and gym can only be booked when you arrive/ check in anyway. A few hours before I arrived they then informed me when I mentioned the spa and gym tomorrow that unfortunately it was booked all day tomorrow from 7am-7pm and if I wanted to use it, it would need to be at 7pm (I couldn’t because I was here for an event that was at this time).When I arrived at the hotel I mentioned how disappointed I was but the receptionist didn’t care and another member of staff overheard the conversation and spoke to me as I was asking for a manager (they said no one can speak to me until tomorrow). I was offered one free drink in the bar to use the following day which I didn’t even receive- it wasn’t even mentioned after this and I didn’t think giving me one free alcoholic drink solved the problem after paying almost £275 for a two night stay ( I was also not drinking alcohol this trip.They also told me to disregard the information on booking.com.After speaking at the reception when I arrived, they denied me any form of potential partial refund etc after I had to mention this. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Le Terre restaurant made our day. The food tasted and looked amazing. Our compliments to the Chef and to everyone working at the restaurant.The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable.Reception staff were hepful.

Nice place with great modern design, a very good breakfast and fantastic restaurant for dinner. The staff is very attentive and professional. The convenient location with a free parking makes it easy to explore the area by car.

Beautiful modern hotel. Large rooms with modern large bathroom and big windows. Very comfortable bed. Nice line. Very fresh & clean. Nicely decorated

Suitable for people with cars as a little out of main town. Food available a bit limited. Tea & coffee in room but felt a bit cheap. Example paper cups, cheap coffee sachet , no milk. The hotel standard is 4 star overall but the tea / coffee felt 2 star.

The hotel is quite new and clean. Easy to access.

We booked the hotel for our wedding night. When we asked if they can arrange a champagne for when we come back to the room, they told us we can request room service. Not a problem of course but expected more from the hotel. Also even though we asked for the room to be cleaned for when we come back from the wedding, they didn’t clean the room and the dirty towels were still on the floor. It was a very special night for us but we didn’t get what we expected from the hotel.

The modernity, ambience, Spa, staff

The fact that there was no comfortable outdoor space to relax in after a days’ sightseeing. While there are tables and chairs outside the main entrance they are in no way inviting being made of metal with no cushions. The roof-terrace seemed to us to be the perfect spot to relax, offering comfortable chairs and sofas but this was closed during the day only opening at 18:00 for drinks etc. It would also have been nice if the Bistro offered outside seating , there is space enough for a few tables & chairs out there.Thank goodness for the Spa area however there was a door leading into a lovely enclosed grassy area which would have been ideal to relax in but this too was closed !We were told the reason for the Roof-Terrace closure during the day was for security reasons and the closure of the area outside the Spa was because of the temperature inside the Spa but we are still trying to understand the reasoning behind this having been to other hotels with similar facilities.
