B&B Hotel Bergamo City

B&B always delivers on promises. The location , the room , the hotel staff was excellent. Add to it the finest class of breakfast.

Nothing in particular

Clean

Noisy air conditioner. Late night check-in difficulties done on computer

Beautiful design, very clean

I arrived after check in time and the machine in front which was supposed to give me the code for entering, gave me very hard time. This is not acceptable! The information that there is a shuttle to-from the airport was very misslwadind

Location

Up to B&B promises. They always deliver essentials and more. I love simplicity. Small food and drinks shop available at the lobby. Staff is great...Fraaz was very helpful. The room was good. Bathroom, too.For tourists, the train station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very high ceiling... like 4+ meters

Nice breakfast, big rooms

We arrived late, the place is a bit scary from outside but we managed. We enter our room which was on ground floor and because the freeze outside we had company - big black worms .The staff came and saw it, but as we were 3 ladies and they had only 2 single rooms, we slept with those extra guests all night...In the morning we had promised a small money back, but never got it...

The room had good heat for winter. It was quiet and clean.

Not enough outlets for charging devices.

comfortable room, clean and smart hotel, great breakfast. good value.

sink plug not working properly and the room safe didn't work either. shower very small.

Breakfast was of good quality and plenty of different things for each taste. Very clean - all the hotel, particularly the rooms (cleaning service every day..) the head office lady: biggest smile and nice sense of humor, responsible and fast working.

There is a nice garden in front and not a single place to sit, just to take a breath in the open space. I would suggest putting 1-2 benches.

Location was great, rooms were clean, reception staff were good aside from the kitchen staff who were rude.

A jobs worth staff member in the kitchen who had an issue with me taking a banana i didnt finish from the restaurant after breakfast back with me so much so she shouted and chased me down the corridor like usain bolt just to tell me, and the two of them watched me have my breakfast every morning after that! So rude they were, they ruined my stay, she needs some lessons in grace and decorum.

Clean, friendly

Sparse amenities

Rooms were clean, location was good and breakfast was great!

Clean room, good breakfast, gooc location, the room was good with king bed with garden wiev

Short walk from train stationBus stop near the hotel (for reaching Citta Alta)A quiet and clean room

Just one electrical plug in the room

It is awesome, all new and fresh plus close to the city and airport

24 hour access. Clean and friendly staff

Could hear the coming and going from the Rooms, thin walls

Wonderful staff. Great location and excellent selection of items offered near the reception. The staff had no problem providing an extra blanket, were ready to help, and kindly offered breakfast (which we declined as we were leaving early). Quiet room. A bed and a desk. Unfortunately, no fridge.

Unfortunately, there was mold in the room and damaged ceilings. When we messaged the next day, we received a reply saying that if we had informed them during our stay, they would have changed the room. But again, this was said after we had already left — and no one can know for sure whether that’s true or not.

Perfect for a main location where from to travel to Milan or Garda. Very close to Airport and Railway station. Very friendly staff, clean room, very good value for money. For sure we'll consider it for the future travel plans in the region.

Maybe a refrigerator for keeping beverages cold during summer.

I did not eat breakfast, because I do not like and I am not hungry in the morning.

I love Italian channel music Dee Jay. In my room I have not this channel. Only was in kitchen. Why?

Everything was great! Nice staff, great room!We checked in late, at about midnight and there are options for frozen food that you can heat in the microwave. Location is near the train station and also bus station for the bus from the airport. The only downside is that shower is a bit small, but we didn’t mind :)
