Location, quiet, clean, friendly staff

The location was superb. Opera singer in the evening nearby the church. Close to main street and shops, restaurants. Loved the two level space. The mattress was nice and hard.

Broken shower head, the towels and bed linen not changed regularly. No toilet paper. The upper room wasn't serviced at all. Breakfast was kinda okay. A lot of meat and super sweet cakes that personally we were not the fan of.

I loved the location and value.

The rainfall shower head didn’t work. And the shower leaked some water onto the floor.

Convenience and great room and value. Loved the small details about the room.

Parking and street access can be cumbersome. The skylight in the room above the bed can have you waking up with the sun at 5:30am. No problem if you have a nightshade.

A disaster

Arrive for 3 night stay to a room with no windows. Large digger in courtyard entrance. Parking Street away in a busy one way street system. Refused to stay

Location. They prepared take away breakfast as we left very early.

We got into the room at 5pm, we had no towels. When they arrived, after I asked my husband to ask for them looked quite bad. Kitchenette looked dirty. Carpet on the stairs was very dirty, something from the bathroom sink fell while showering. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other options. never again.

Decent location , 15 min walk from train station and good selection of restaurants and bars around the area. Breakfast was great with better selection than most Italian b&bs and hotels in general. Room was clean and bed was decent .

Common area in our side of the hotel was used by people for late night drinks and therefore they were noisy to the point we couldn’t sleep and had to tell them to keep it down.

Location was excellent, small hotel no rowdy guests !! Excellent staff.Breakfast good value.

Property was really convenient for us, close to bus stop, where we arrived from airport Bergamo. Some walking distance to funiculars, to reach old town. Administration and personnel has been so kind, supportive. Room as we saw in Booking, clean, cozy. Breakfast was really good, perfect service ?

Absolutely nothing everything has been perfect

A whole area to relax in, only stayed a night but would use the facilities/kitchen dining area if we stayed longer

Wasn't able to use the shower ? Maybe put up a sign on how to use it...

- We got the new room- They allowed us to leave our luggage earlier- When we came back for checkin another lady was there, very polite and of course she spoke English very well.- The location is very good.- The rest of staff very polite

- We had no wi-fi signal at all in our room.- No curtains (considering that the window was a courtyard). - We had no hanger, no trash can.. - The first lady who received us did not know English at all, only Italian, not even basic (yes, no, paper..).- Unfortunately the place where you serve breakfast is very crowded and very poor (salami, cheese and an omelette), without tomatoes, cucumbers or others.. I can't recommend the breakfast at all.

We were met at the entrance to the hotel by a very friendly lady which was very nice considering it was 10pm and we were not expecting the reception to be staffed. Check in was quick and our room was conveniently located on the ground floor. The maisonette style room was very clean and provided everything we needed. Even a kettle so we could have a cup of tea and the lady in reception even provided us with a jug of milk. The breakfast buffet included was a bonus, with cereals, pastries, cheeses, boiled eggs, fruit & yoghurts. The lovely lady working the breakfast shift even provided some gluten free treats upon request which I was very grateful for.I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike. We would have liked 2 pillows each but as we were staying only 1 night we didn't bother to ask, however I'm sure if we did they would have been provided.

The entrance way to the hotel is spectacular. The location was perfect. Easy to get to the funicular to go to Città Alta. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast not enough savouries or cereals. Not gluten free friendly . Central location very good. Chair in dining room scrape the floor- very noisy- need pads fitting to them. Dining room too crowded- banging into next person all the time.,

Very stylish apartment, with mezzanine. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Super (SUPER) kind staff - made us feel very welcome. Grazzie Mille!

Well situated, very clean spacious rooms

The lighting in the stairwell did not work and it was very dark. There could be more charging points in the room - only two and none near the bed.

The room was nice and had everything we needed for one night. The staff at the reception was very kind and made our check-in effortless.

The breakfast did not live up to any expectation. Simply horrible. You are better off buying a sandwich from a nearby cafe.Even worse, the chef was sick and was coughing all over the food while she had it prepared. Overheard her talking about antibiotics with her collegues.

quite a disappointing stay

Parking was extremely difficult, so I do not recommend this hotel if you are traveling by car. We wanted to park before check-in time, but it was not possible.In the morning, as we were leaving the hotel with our luggage, one of the cleaning staff ran after us, insisting that we return the key card, even though we were planning to come back after putting our things in the car. When I returned to drop off the key, the same woman was standing at the door, waiting for me, as if I wasn’t allowed to enter. This was at 10:15 AM, so we still had plenty of time before check-out…The breakfast was nothing special. The high showerhead in the bathroom didn’t work, one of the windows wouldn’t open, and there were small ants in the bathroom.Overall, quite a disappointing stay.
