Good location, easy 15 min walk to the cable car to go to the old town. Fantastic AC, made for a very comfortable night, as we were in Bergamo during a heatwave. Very big bathroom. Crib provided for our baby. Having an Elevator very very convenient too. Night time security staff is a bonus.

Weird bad smell when we arrived to the room. Perhaps it was not in use for a while. Smell went away after a day ( of windows open). Slippery shower floor, needs a mat or something. If arriving with a car, nearest parking will be 15min away. Maybe closer if you have very small car.

The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and really well-located. Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The parking is a bit rough. A slightly larger car, like a Qashkai won't fit in the designated parking space and you'll have to either get lucky and find free parking a few minute walk from there or more realistically pay 12eur per day on a parking 10 min walk from there.

Good and bright place, good location, receptionist was nice and provided advice for eating out and sightseeing. Thanks for airport transfer.

What was confusing and unpleasant - paintings of some contemporary russian lady artist everywhere in the hallway

Very nice location., clean & tidy rooms. Friendly & dedicated staff (thank you Jakob for assistance and hospitality).

Entrance to parking is too narrow (it's common for Italy), suitable only for compact cars.

The host was super friendly and helped us with booking a taxi

If you are a light sleeper it is a bit too noisy in the evening

Great location for access to both the old and new towns. Welcoming and helpful staff and great communication on check in. Cafes just round the corner for guests that don't need the full buffet breakfast on offer.

No coffee or milk in room to use with kettle, though sure staff would have helped if asked.

Spacious apartment with garden view in a great location. Both reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaners came into the room most days and changed towels even though it wasn't requested and not eco-friendly.

Fantastic location, fantastic service, fantastic accomodation.Clean, modern rooms in the heart of Bergamo. Loving it! Quiet at night, with no clubs nearby is a great place if you like to get some sleep.Includes the shower, comfy beds and a fridge.

The service and staff at the site have been perfect ! My wife and I can be picky customers who are hard to please. After the first day, we casually mentioned the sleepless night caused by a noisy family with a child staying next door to us. The staff immediately offered us an alternative room that ultimately met our expectations. Additionally, upon arrival, we received a map of the city with comprehensive information about attractions, how to get around the city and gastronomic recommendations - as a result, we discovered a great restaurant visited by crowds of local residents, with a brilliant atmosphere and amazing cuisine. To sum up, if you want to stay in Bergamo, Academia Resort is the one and only choice. Warm regards for Ms. Nuala and Nina :)

Clean and good looking place. Room had everything whats needed. It was big and functional

The position and it was clean.

The room was quite small, no A/C and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Some renovation would make it much better

The location was fantastic. Really close to both Citta Alta and Città Bassa. The person who checked us in was really helpful and provided some fantastic recommendations. The room itself was perfect for what we needed and the whole place was really well looked after. Would 100% recommend

Well located near the tram stop. The key in the code box makes it pratical to check-in at any time.

Unfortunatelly the heating stopped working at night making the room feel cold. An extra blanket would help.

Perfect room for a short-term trip. Well equipped nicely looking room. We had everything we need for 1 night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were travelling with a kid and the bathroom was not really comfy for having a shower for kid.
