Hotel is older, air conditioning inadequate

Very clean, beds were really comfortable and only a short walk to centre

The staff were very welcoming from the moment I checked in till the moment I left, no matter the roles they had in the hotel from receptionist to housekeeper, it was all smiles and greetings. The room was very comfortable, cozy and enjoyable, it’s very worth it considering it’s really close to the station moreover it was well kept and easy to access and use.

Ideal location, close to train and bus station. Staff were really polite and hotel and room were spotless. I didn,t have any breakfast as i was up and out early during my stay so can,t comment on meals.

Very small rooms, with not a lot of light. Old style hotel haven't seen renovation for long time. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice however missing fresh vegetables. No proper coffee machine as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful .The room was clean . The hotel was located in a good position for the centre and transport.

Great breakfast. Decent room and bathroom (bathtub!!) with a desk was nice. Great value for price. I was also able to park in the front lot.

Wish it was a bit closer to the heart of the historic center on the hill. The walk at night back to the hotel was a bit far / maybe not the safest for a solo female traveler like myself.

A really neat and old school glamorous hotel for those who value privacy and comfort. Amazing staff and great atmosphere! Accessible parking, pets are allowed and welcomed, wonderful breakfast and vicinity to city center.

The room was okay, but the breakfast was really nice. We asked at the reception for a recommendation for a place to eat, and it was excellent ?.

The location would have to be the only thing we didn't like, although it wasn't that bad. We were on foot, so we had some good walks.

Location, friendliness of most staff

I was booked on the 7th floor I think and was not aware that was no elevator to the last floor. I managed and I am sure if I asked for help they would have made a plan, but maybe let one know before hand as well.

I stayed for one night for work. I had a late check-in, but thanks to the 24-hour reception, it wasn’t a problem. The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good..

I only stayed one night but the location and breakfast were good.

Very convenient location. Hotel has its own charm. Room is very authentic and cozy.Breakfast was very nice, there were a lot of choices. For this price I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was amazing and we could not believe how clean the room was every single day of our 3 night stay. Breakfast was very satisfying and the location was only a ten minute walk from the center, train station and all.

Breakfast was good. Room was cozy. Location was close to the airport and the city could be accessed by bus.

The bed was a bit smaller than we thought. It was a bit crowded with a child in the same bed. The size was double and not Queen.
