The location was central which was convenient. The hotel also had a decent restaurant with great staff.

The location of the hotel was very good and made it easy to move around Bergamo, including getting up to Bergamo Alta. The building looks nice from the outside, and both rooms I saw (a single and later a double) were generally comfortable. The double room felt a bit more modern and nicer than the single. The property was overall clean, and I appreciated that the hotel allowed me to change my booking and add an extra person at short notice when my husband’s flight was cancelled.

I booked the room very last minute due to a change in travel plans, and the price felt extremely high for what was offered. After adding one more person, the total price increased significantly and ended up being close to €180 per night, which felt comparable to much nicer hotels in the area. While the hotel looks pleasant from the outside, the reception area felt very old-fashioned in terms of decor and colours. The single room also felt more dated and had a high window that only allowed a view of the sky, not the city. Although the room was mostly clean, there was visible mould around one of the bathroom fixtures, which I found unpleasant. I didn’t use the breakfast or spa facilities, so I can’t comment on those.

Hotel is modern, so are the facilities and the room. Great location in center of Bergamo and walking distance to the cable road to the upper town. Very friendly personnel, private parking. Reasonable breakfast.

Very noisy! Right on a busy street. The blanket was very warm while the outside temperature was 28.

Some street noise could be heard when trying to sleep but it wasn't too bad. No kettle or iron available.

This was my sixth stay here and I would choose it again without hesitation. I keep returning to this place due to its perfect location in the center of Bergamo. It is very easy to reach from the airport and it is close to anything of interest in the city. A very safe spot for a solo traveler. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Convenience was great ( walkable to train, bus or funicular). Beds were comfortable . Breakfast was good, ok. Many breads and sweets but not much protein .Staff was very attentive . Hotel was kind of of pricy for a smaller town, but we loved Bergamo . So many beautiful things, church, cobblestones streets with unique shops and old buildings.

Pillows were very flat, hard to get comfortable. Our room was 414 and had strong musty smell.

Very friendly and supportive staff, big well equipped rooms. Have you ever seen 3* hotels with bath salt and shaving cream?

Great location, and clean room

It is very expensive for what you get. For almost everything you have to pay extra and like I said overall it was expensive for what you get.

Good location, within walking distance to the central train station of Bergamo. Convenience small supermarket next door, if you need affordable water, ect.

Even in April when the weather can be somewhat cool but the room can get warm from the building heat. We had our room heater off but wanted to put the air conditioning on to cool our room down but they had the rooms air conditioning compressors OFF and you could only put your room HEAT on. Hotel staff couldn't do anything about that- so much for their listing adverising "air conditioning" as it was disabled. We had to open our window at times to cool the room down and then you really can hear the street noise and people outside below, Also a few mosquitos entered. Quiet with windows closed.

The room was nice.

The spa is now closed, except for private use against a high price and the machines of the fitness room are all dying of their natural death. The once open, very nice, well maintainad spa and gym is now a sad and abandonned place.

The property was in a perfect place, easy access to the city and only 10-15 min walk to citty alta. The room was large with high ceilings, comfy bed and overall perfect place. We loved how lovely the staff was!

Not so much anyone can do about, but on the street side you can hear a lot of street noise, but if you have ear drops- you will be good!

It's location was ideal to get around both the new & old city centres. It had a good gym with lots of equipment. The parking was very good & secure. A nice bonus was to receive a complimentary arrival drink.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

So convenient for the train station and yet my room felt so far from any hustle and bustle.I booked a treatment at the spa and the masseuse was fantastic! Had an aperitivo at the hotel bar which came with high quality snacks.

I rarely give reviews on hotels or restaurants as the hospitality sector is probably the most unforgiving sector. I know how hard my Italian friends have to work in this business.The proof of great Management was presented to me last night.. how issue's are dealt with. True professional response..can't wait to be back.. you know who you are ???

The hotel has an own wellnes- & spa area. Verx friendly staff. There are some aperitivs offered for free next to the free welcome-drink.

Great location close to central station and bus route to the Citta Alta. Room was clean and modern with a very comfy bed.
