It was clean and everything was luxurious and calming The room was big and spacious

Lovely staff at the reception, we arrived on a late flight and they made sure to enter our car plate to the parking for us to have a smooth arrival. The room was lovely and renovated and the bathroom was spacious. Shops and cafes are just a few minutes walk away.

Excellent location, staff and breakfast. Quieter than most hotels in Italy. Would definitely stay there again!

Superb central location in Bergamo Alta. The hotel is at the Roman centre of the city. Wonderful room. Beautiful decor. Cosy. Superb bathroom. The staff, whilst not being over-friendly were extremely professional. We liked that. Good communication prior to the visit. They accommodated our transport arrangements. No hot breakfast but a good cold buffet, such that a hot breakfast was not really needed. Good range of breakfast items. We would stay there again.

The ground floor is not particularly cosy. It has a cold, white look. Some of the artwork and furniture is out of keeping with the old nature of the building (in contrast to our rooms, where there was a perfect marriage of the old and the new)

Our room was delightful. It was wonderful to open the windows and hear church bells. The room was current, beautifully designed and comfortable. Breakfast included a variety of fresh foods to suit both European and American preferences, including hot (hard to find in Italy) coffee. We especially appreciated great service and such a warm personality from Mojgan, and the front desk staff was great as well.

Would have liked to stay longer. ?

It is very clean and the design is very modern but welcoming and cleverly done. The location is fantastic in the middle of the Città Alta but quiet.

Lovely hotel,very comfortable rooms .Bergamo old town is a beautiful location to spend time in ,narrow cobbled streets built in the 15th century .Great food in evry cafe with seating outside .Great value for money too .

Perfect location in the heart of upper city. Large , beautifully decorated rooms with great views. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived in the middle of Lent Festival and couldn’t find a taxi, also recommended great local restaurants.

The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby/breakfast areas, outdoor courtyard and the rooms are clean, attractive, comfortable and beautifully decorated incorporating old world charm of the original palazzo with a fresh and modern ambience. Located inside the ZTL, but because we timed our arrival, we were able to pull up in front to drop bags and then go park. The property offers hotel guests CA1 parking pass for their stay. We found parking very close to the hotel.

The rooms are pricey, but it’s hard to let that bother you when you are enticed with this lovely property and its extremely efficient, warm staff.

Room was nice and bed comfortable. Overall pretty happy.

Breakfast was subpar in terms of quality and variety. Would have expected more from a four star hotel.
