Stylish hotel, next to the train station, bright clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. Great breakfast, diversified and well presented. Very satisfied with our stay.

The coat hangers are quite high, it is a bit difficult to reach them. We stayed 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned and serviced during our stay.

In the room was a missing refrigerator. The air conditioner can heat the room only up to 23 degrees

Very close to the train station which is great if you plan to travel to other cities. Close to some decent restaurants as well. The room looks great, has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, a bit too soft for my taste. We also had a few drinks in the minibar included with our stay. There's a minimarket closeby.

I would have liked a restaurant with lunch and dinner options. There was a spa though we didn't ask if it was open or not and we weren't told anything either. Some options to spend time would be nice (lounge, bar).

Disappointing stay. Room cleaning was poor and staff were loud in the hallways. Amenities, minibar, and pillows were lacking. Paid parking (€15/day) sometimes unavailable, and opening the gate takes time and blocks traffic. Breakfast (€15) below average.

Room was very dark, did not provide basics like tissue paper and housekeeping, and location was sketchy.

Beautiful, modern room; spacious for three people. Friendly staff, very helpful. Location right near the train and bus station, and an easy 15 minute walk to the Città Alta. We loved this hotel and Bergamo so much we added an extra day here to our trip.

Nothing- it was the perfect spot for our family

Clean and beautiful aesthetic. Parking and entrance a little dicey but staff was super kind and helpful and provided parking and assistance.

Great stop on way from Milan to cortina.

Building has been renovated really nice. Apartment was comfortable and modern.

Beautiful modern / contemporary decor, modern features compared to some very dated accommodation in Bergamo.Right next to the station.Service was excellent

We understood use of the sauna and wellness area was included but was informed it was an extra cost. Not a problem but it could have been more clear

Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position.Whenever we return to Bergamo, the only place we will definitely stay is AR Suites & Art.You are the best!Thank you again!

I really liked the breakfast -lots of choice and the option of freshly made omelets. I also liked the style of the breakfast area.I loved the shower and the kitchen facilities were great. I had no idea that you could get a micro dishwasher in such a compact space!The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were able to get access to our rooms a little earlier than the stated check in time which was excellent. I’d read some reviews which expressed concerns about the area around the hotel but we had no issues at all with that and found it to be convenient both for the town and access to public transport

My only reservation was the rooms not being cleaned/serviced every day which I would have preferred but I understood this in advance of booking and decided that the quality of the accommodation outweighed this

The location was near the train station which was great for a day trip to Milan. We visited the old town and it was beautiful we preferred it to Milan. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in ordering us taxis and giving us information on the best places to go. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was very spacious

Very high tech, had two bidets, secure, spacious, and near the train station.

Location is a bit sketchy but understandable.
