Everything: nice location with Matterhorn views, exceptionally cleanliness everywhere, tasty breakfasts, and amazing stuff - the lady shared with me a lot of hidden gems around Zermatt to visit. And SPA is the best thing after all day hiking and climbing. I was so amazed with the hotel that broke my own rule and booked the same hotel twice ?

The hotel staff were very friendly. My room was very small but light and airy.

My room was noisy - with substantial noise in the street (loud voices) until around midnight.

Nice hotel in city centre Sion and close to the train station. I had booked a single room, the room was small but fine for a short stay. The breakfast is alright with a few cooked choices besides bread, cereals etc.

Staff very friendly, bed very comfortable, very clean, close to all amenities and a beautiful old town and chateau.

Great location, close to the station. Room was bigger than expected. Basically but clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated our very late check in.

We only had 7 hours at the hotel and everything was great. No complaints.

The location was very convenient, there is a free parking if you come by car. and the check-in process is very effective. Unfortunately you don't interact much with the staff, but it does the job.

I would have paid a little less for the size and the service. Everything was efficient and sufficient but because of the lack of "extra" I think we overpaid. However, it was new year's eve

Ventilation problematic, very loud vent in the bathroom that can take a long time to switch off, air was quite moist and smelling a bit mouldy upen arrival. If leaving the window open throughout the entire day, it's fine

The room is small but it met the expectations for a one-night stay. The staff is very kind and always helpful to support. The cleaning was great and the breakfast was also very good with a lot of options. The location of the hotel is central, very close to public transport.

Not related to the hotel but Sion could have more activity on a Summer weekend with more restaurants and bars open. It would for sure attract more tourists and people interested in discovering the surroundings.

Roome extremely small, very hot in the Room, sleeping with windows open only options getting air in the room bed was not comfortable at all.....

The location is good, well placed for the station and walking to the old town/shops etc. The staff were very friendly.

Our room was very small, hot and rather tired. The bedding and towels were well worn as was the furnishing.

The hotel style is great, the staff are wonderful. They are very efficient. The rooms are small, but clean and efficient. The location is very central and the restaurant and bar in front are great!

The gentleman at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was simple but clean. The bed and pillow were delightfully lovely! There was even a mini fridge.

The only thing I didn’t like was how hot it was in the room. There is no a/c, the fan in the room was broken, and so I had to keep the window open (it was still warm). Would recommend this place for anyone who needs to be close to the train/bus station, and ideally not in late July or August when it gets hottest in Switzerland.

I enjoyed very much the restaurant, they even had " real filet de perches", the ones which are carnivore from Lotschental....very good.

Centrally located. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Ridiculously overpriced. Very small rooms. Very high temperatures in the rooms when it’s hot outside.

Beds were comfortable.

Room looked nothing like the pictures. Questionable. The room looked very ran down. No airconditioning, even though everything was closed it was 28 degrees inside the room. There were 2 fans in the room but one took a very long time to get it working. Both fans were very loud.

Friendly personal, location in city centre

The (single) room was very small. As the local temperature was around 30 degrees, the room was very warm without air condition. ( A ventilator was available in the room).The price was quite high, although normal range for this area I think
