The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The location was away from the historic part of Sion and in an industrial-looking neighborhood. The room was small. There were no towels in the bathroom and the bath soap dispenser had not been filled up recently.

Air conditioning was not working, we were really too hot and did not sleep great.The rooms appeared equipped with air conditioning, however, the system was just making noise and did not produce cold air.

Ive stayed at Moxy Sion a few times now and every time has been a great experience. The hotel has a good vibe mainly due to the staff's friendliness and how they interact with guests. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and suitable for what i need. I'll be staying there every time I visit Sion.

The Hotel suits my needs, I can't think of anything that I don't like. If I have to pick one thing maybe it's to broaden the food menu for dinner

30 min walk to city center.

Hotel rooms are nice, lovely bathrooms. Serves food and nice bar. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Location a bit far out of town - 20 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk.

Very clean room, really comfortable bed. Unfortunately the TV was not working properly. Also the AC system that is used at the hotel is pretty annoying and doesn't allow you to change the temperature ( some sustainable system that the whole hotel is using).

This is my second time staying at Moxie. The first time the bed was too hard, but this time the bed was very comfortable. The staff is really courteous and kind. I do wish the rooms were better sound proofed, I didn’t hear any outside noise from the road but you can hear people in the hallway very clearly — so bring headphones or a noise machine/app (which is what I had). I do wish they had a do not clean/disturb door hook to let cleaners know whether the room needs cleaning. Overall fantastic stay.

Some ventilation issues as some nights I could smell cooked food in the room. You can crack the windows though so that is helpful.

Breakfast from 6.30 till 12.00. Near the highway, easy to reach.

The bed was small and not comfortable. The hotel is big, that is why there were a lot of very loud neighbours going out and coming back to the room, that was constantly waking me up. The room was not clean, a lot of spots on the walls.Breakfast with not much choice for such a price.The room was very small, almost no free space, no table, just some kind of shelf. No wardrobe.No toiletry set. Parking for a fee. I expected much more for such a price.

Clean, attractive decor. Close to hospital. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The Moxy @ Sion has the feeling of a young hotel with happy vibe, and the staff is taking an active part in this.The reception and the entry floor are nice: the type that one would like to sit at the bar, or sit and watch a movie/match on the big screen TV. Also there are many niches one can sit and work at a desk, on the sofa or in a chair; with plenty of sockets to hook a laptop/mobile phone/tablet.The breakfast is good with many choices to choose from.

The main flaw in the hotel are the rooms. Feels like being in Japan or Singapore, where place is limiting. The room I had was very small just 19m^2, almost no place to move; the bed was OK, room clean and shower nicely equipped. Don't expect too much from the soap, shower gel and shampoo; bring your own. There is no place to open a suitcase, not to speak about two or to store, no closet in the room and especially no place to store clothes (just a couple of hangers)The parking is quite problematic, not always a spot is available, and the fact that one has to pay 12 CHF to park is a bummer, especially as the are no free parking spots available on the street.The hotel is at the edge of Sion (at the south east part): it is about 1.5 KM from the center, I walked downtown every, but most people will need to take a bus.To summarize, the hotel is overall OK for a short stay , but I would have expected a bit larger rooms with more amenities.

Parking is CHF 12 per night which is a decent rate.

To offer parking without the option of charging an electric car is rather 2015, not 2025 - please get that fixed. The TV screen shows the option of connecting a Chromecast device, but it didn't work, because some WiFi security measures were introduced later which broke this functionality. I was able to hack it, but most users are going to be disappointed. WiFi engineer didn't talk to TV engineer - therefore it broke.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The location was also perfect—close to public transport. The rooms are little small but manageable for taking rest after a day of exploring.

Disappointing

I regret to say that my stay at the Sion Moxy Hotel was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Ines, greeted us with an unwelcoming and rude attitude. From the very beginning, her tone and behavior were unprofessional and unpleasant, leaving a sour first impression.Additionally, the hotel does not appear to be family or kid-friendly. We found the environment and amenities unsuitable for children, which made our stay even more challenging.While the hotel might suit other types of travelers, I cannot recommend it for families or anyone expecting a warm and hospitable experience

The rooms were small, but comfortable and clean.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine and a fridge.

The ceiling of our room was interesting. Industrial... unfinished concrete with bootmarks. My daughter was quite disturbed by it. A strange choice of finish to an otherwise great room.

location not so good. Not a lot nearby. Only a steakhouse next door which quote expensive.would be nice to have some water bottles in room.

Good size room, comfortable beds and very clean. A good welcome and very good buffet breakfast. Parking secure underneath, 12 chf.

No tissues. No coffee making faciliities. View isn’t great but location is more for visiting the city.
