Helvetia hotel

The spa is incredible, really enjoyed using the sauna, hammam. and jacuzzi. The room is large, has plenty of storage, and a balcony. The property is in great condition and everything is super clean.

The ventilation in the bathroom was super noisy and the chairs on the balcony (plastic) were falling appart. Also, we had a stressful moment when we arrived at the property late in the evening and our cards didn't work - after a phone call and a short wait this was resolved. Wish the spa stayed open a little later so we can take advantage after the kids go to bed.

Nice place, friendly, clean, really liked the free snack and drink upon arrival.

The room was great and staff super friendly. Sauna/hammam/jakuzzi was a great addition, used ut every day!

I wanted a ski in ski out hotel, this was not quite it, even though at a walking distance from the skilifts. Not many things to do in Morgins, very calm.

Clean and well situated , nice staff and nice spa

For almost 300 frs the night (with breakfast), i expected to find at least the basics you find in that category of hotels. Instead: no coffee machine in bedroom, no body cream or anything in the bathroom (just soap), cheap looking table sets making you feel you are in ski camp. It could be nice and cosy by the chimney if they wanted to make the effort.

Everything was perfect. Clean, superb welcoming, good communication. Good installations. We will come back soon.

Very comfortable hotel, large room for a family of three. Very warm welcome by the staff. We would definitely come back again!

The curtains, too small for the large windows and not blackout curtains.

Lovely new hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast with fresh local eggs and bread.

The bathroom is a bit dark so if you need to do your makeup it’s a bit problematic but we didn’t mind.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. We only stayed one night and have nothing but positive things to say.

Excellent small hotel, close to the main ski lidt and town centre. Staff friendly and accomodating. Spa appreciated after a day on the slopes.

It's wonderful, staff is super kind and location is great!On top of that, a relaxing Jacuzzi free of charge.I'm going there every year, when we go mountainbiking with friends.

I didn't like their big standard pillow, but I could however find a smaller one.In general, it's better to have a room in the back as the street in the front can be a little noisy.

The kindness and customer-oriented approach of the staff, specifically Raquel. She let us use the hotel kitchen to prepare our own breakfast, she opened the spa for us in the morning - outside regular opening hours -, and she gave us flexibility for a late check out. And all of that with a big smile.

Unable to turn the heat down in rooms individually had to open windows but then you hear traffic noises.

This is a really beautiful hotel. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxed ski holiday. The staff can’t do enough to help and the facilities are gorgeous. My children loved the tea and cake at the end of the afternoon. The location is also brilliant, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Jane is super helpful and went above and beyond. We would love to go back.
