I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beach was just a short walk away. Breakfast had a good variety.

Honestly, everything went smoothly. I didn’t face any issues during my stay. If I had to mention something, maybe just a few more coffee options at breakfast would be nice

It’s cleanness and how the stuff welcomed us, the restaurant was great and the services were amazing. Let me mention one last thing the beach was clean and the pools were crystal clear

The room was clean but the bedsheets were covered with makeup they offered us to change the full room but we only asked for changing the sheets since that were the only problem with the room

Everything was cool. Nice location and very good service.

The entertainment toys was not enough available for all gests like jet ski only 2 so u u have to wait long time to get ur tairn

The staff are amazing, they want to help as much as possible, we had a villa, it was very nice and very spacious, we enjoyed the stay and wish we could make it longer

The beach is a little bit out of waves in that area

Far from City

One of the best places in Aqaba.All staff were helpful and welcoming.Asked for special arrangements, and got it!They are truly amazing.Highly recommended.

Ot is affordable and has a nice beach.

The furniture is old and the bed frame was broken, the staff is not responsive and isn't very friendly, there were a lot of people on our first day and it was crowded.

I appreciated that they provided a wheelchair, and accessible routes for disabled guests in the garden but unfortunately the access was disconnected on the beach and chelate from the garden side

This is a nice hotel in a great area in South Aqaba. It is more of a local Jordanian hotel and definitely more conservative and traditional than other area properties so take that into consideration if you're traveling. Very heavy security for a hotel. But a nice place overall with pools and beaches.

Suitable for families, friendly staff, amazing facilities. Safe for children and provides access with multiple options for snorkeling and diving to explore the coral shore. Indeed, I will considering revisit this resort again soon, indeed.Life guards are available and closely monitoring the swimming pools. Professional staff, thanks a lot

This was a bad time to choose this hotel at these days The door of the bathroom was broken and the space to small even from the door of the bathroom you cant take a bath .. and i asked to fix it and they came to try to fix it and they didn’t and let the bathroom dirty ..

Delusi. Very bad service. Breakfast non available .very poor service. No hygienic paper in toilets. Dirty A delusion after been to so many brautifull and humble places in Giordania

The hotel offers a wide variety of options for families, including pools, private beach, playground, etc. The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The price in mid-March (off-season) was attractive and the hotel almost empty weekdays.

If foreign tourists read that the breakfast is until 10.30, they understand that they can show up anytime until 10.30. Perhaps arrangments could be made in advance about time and place of serving breakfast the next day.

The facilities are great. Amazing access to private beach, multiple pools and very helpful staff. The beds were also very comfortable. There was a fridge, iron AND ironing board in my room + a kettle and bathroom toiletries- very happy.

The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. The WiFi was not strong however, I found poor WiFi throughout Aqaba.

It is a nice location with a swimming pool. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I don't recommend it for Western people. All women are veiled and swim in burkinis. Only Arabic Muslim people come here. We were really the only Western people and sometimes I had the feeling that I was being watched. Especially if you are a Western girl, you better not come here, but go for an alternative. In addition, there is no alcohol available, which is a pity and regrettable.In addition, the hotel is not clean, our room was not cleaned in the three days that we were there. In retrospect, I would have preferred to stay somewhere behind.

First when i reach to hotel. I have a problem with the room and number of guests inside every room.When i got my room in, it was miserable, not clean, nasty toilet everything thing need maintenance ( lights, floor tiles, even the room door) The extra bed in the room was uncomfortable at all after talking with reception. 3 times they came and tried to figure out a partial solution for the extra bed problem There is no water in the room, no kind of free coffee or tea. The next day, they remember this and grap some 3in1 to my room, but they also forget cups.Room phone and the night keep ringing and ringing with no body call.The shower box is so small that it works only with kids up to 15 years old, no more.Again, rooms need a deep cleaning and full maintenance.Not recommended atttt all
